Denny showed up right when he said he would, was incredibly friendly, professional and the quality of work was outstanding. He even warned us about freezing hose pipes, thanks for that one!!

Denny and his crew were fantastic. They were early starting every morning and worked hard throughout the day. All the crew was very professional and courteous. Denny was easy to get in contact with if need be and always called if he had questions and we weren't around. THe new paint looks great and you can't beat the price. Definitely recommend them!

From the time we met with Denny to the time they finished the job, we were extremely satisfied with all their work. We had called several other contractors, which had been recommended by friends. I don't know if our 113 year old house scared them off, but we could never get any of them to call us back. Denny, unlike any of the others; picked up the phone on the very first call, so we had him come over and do a walk-thru. He was punctual to the estimate meeting and we liked what he had to say. He explained they would fix any drywall damage they found and paint everything, including ceilings, trim and walls if that is what we wanted. We decided that Denny was our guy. We scheduled a Monday and Denny called me the Friday before just to confirm when they would be arriving. Well, Denny and his crew were there about 20 minutes early and boy did they go to town. They found drywall damage, I didn?t even know existed, they caulked, they puttied and they painted. They moved furniture around and covered it all up. We had refinished hardwood and new carpet and we found no issues with either. There was someone at the house every day starting at 7:15. He first estimated it would take 5-6 days, but his crew of 5 finished in 4 days. I would have to say; Denny?s crew was the most professional paint crew; I have ever been around and I have used a few over the years.

Having recently moved into a large home in need of a lot of renovation, I feel very fortunate to have found Denny (and crew)! Denny is hands-on, which is very important to me, professional, courteous, fairly priced, and does an amazing job! His crew is equally as courteous and professional. Denny (and crew) painted the entire exterior of our home, 2 interior rooms with drywall repair, and our 2 story foyer & hallway to date. I am SO pleased with Denny, his crew & his work! I highly recommend him as well as will use him again for future projects!

Very punctual and professional. Arrived right on time and in minutes they were setting up drop cloths, ladders, etc.. Very organized and each individual had his area of expertise. Repairs and painting were completed in one day. I was very happy with their work so I had an additional room painted the following day.

New Improve Paint & Remodeling Co did an excellent job! They arrived early each morning and accomplished all steps of the task in the most timely manner! They made repairs to areas where the wood needed to be replaced and they pressure washed the entire 2 story structure. They painted the upper deck and stairs and it now looks like new! They did finishing work to the lower area of the barn structure that protects the structure from water damage and applied two coats of paint. They completed the job very quickly and the final cost was much less than we anticipated. I highly recommend this business and will definitely call them for any future repair and paint jobs!

Denny responded to my request for a quote very quickly. He was very busy but found a way to get our job on the schedule promptly. His quote was reasonable and the crew stayed on the job until it was completed. I was very happy with the quality of the work. I would hire Denny again if I ever need any additional painting.

On time, clean cut, professional, and courteous. The paint job was very well done, all cutting/edging done with precision. Very happy with the result. Will use again!

From the first time I called Denny........I got a return call within 10 to 15 minutes. Wow! Told him our situation.......we had bought a house and we are keeping it empty till we can get some interior work completed. We set a date and time to meet at the house and I think he even showed up before me. Denny then had me walk him through the enitre house and tell him what we wanted painted. He took meticulous notes and I believe did some measurements. Before leaving he got my email address and told me he would send me a bid. We had decided to get 2 bids (Denny even suggested we do the same!)........but after receiving his bid and the professional interactions.....we decided to use Denny & his crew. We scheduled for a couple of weeks out........and Denny even called me a few days ahead to email him my paint colors. I then met him the morning of the job and couldn't believe what I saw when I drove up. He already had a man on a ladder painting our exterior shutters.......the rest were inside prepping holes, laying drop cloths, etc. I went room to room with Denny & he wrote on each room (large piee of tape) the color of the paint to use on a particular room. He said his estimate would be about 4 days for the job.....which was fine. His men and Denny went to work painting and when my husband walked in.....he said he couldn't believe it. Not only Denny, but each man in his crew was courteous, professional and cleaned up more after themselves that we had ever experienced. They did perfect work on cutting-in and then painted each room/ bath/ large stairwell (with high ceilings), etc. with 2 coats of paint. No loud music, no chit chat , just getting the job done to our level of expectation. They finished 2 days earlier than planned. These men were very impressive...........and we have used MANY painting crews in our lives. We will NEVER use anyone else but Denny Nackley & his crew. Lots of people in the "painting world" have wonderful things to say about him. He is an excellent painter, boss and businessman. Thank you, Denny & crew, and we look forward to seeing you when we have to start on the exterior (next year?).

Denny came into our home provided us with a fair estimate for painting four rooms. He was professional as was his crew.

I was thoroughly impressed by Denny and the entire operation. Every time I called Denny - whether for an estimate, to finalize the job, or even with a follow-up question, he was extremely responsive. When Denny's original scheduling suggestion was beyond the timeline we needed, he got our job in, actually coming out the very next day to begin work. Denny's team expertly painted and repaired walls, and I definitely recommend them - they are the best!

Denny Nackley (owner) was very prompt to respond to our request for an estimate. Estimate was completed within a day or so. Work was performed with 2 weeks of that. He remained in contact with us to guide us in how much paint to purchase as well as confirming the work date. He and his team arrived on time. They were very friendly and professional. Also, we were amazed at how quickly they finished the work. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company to others.

Denny immediately called back after my first call and he stay on top of job until it was done, it ran like clockwork. His crew's pride is evident in the quality of the work and the thoughtfulness of the site management. These guys are as good as it gets.

I spoke with him in the morning and he was at my house within a few hours working up an estimate, which he had to me later that afternoon. His estimate was very reasonable for the work we needed to have done on the house. We took several days to get back to him and by the time we did, he was booked up for a month. We were hoping to have the house painted much sooner as we were planning to put it up for sale in a couple of weeks. Denny was able to fit us in the following week, which we greatly appreciated. He and his crew arrived on time and got to work right away, spending a total of three full days working on the house. They were very professional and communicated with us about all that they were doing. We are very pleased with their work.

Denny and his team were everything I could ask for in painters.
