Things went very well. Denny kept in close contact with me regarding schedule and other issues. His crew was extremely courteous, friendly, professional and very, very neat. The job started exactly when scheduled and was completed on the day promised.

Very happy. At the last minute we decided not to paint ourselves and because we had dismantled two rooms, we were looking for someone with good reviews to come ASAP. We called 3 painters. Denny was super responsive with the initial contact, quote and setting up a time to come. The work was completed with attention to detail yet was finished quickly. We hired Denny to paint our stairwell that has a 15' ceiling and we couldn't be happier with the job he did. I called Denny to get a quote to paint it and he asked me to text him a picture and measurements. He was quick in getting me a quote and we were surprised he was able to get the job done so soon. When he arrived he was very friendly and got the job done quickly and for a very good price! I can't wait to settle on the color for my next room and we will be hiring Denny to paint that too. Both Denny and Major we're prompt, courteous and very professional. They did an excellent job of painting. They took pictures before and put everything back exactly as it was before. They went above and beyond to do anything we asked of them and left everything neat and clean afterwards. We would definitely use Denny again and recommend him highly!

Bottom line - The lowest estimate coupled with the finest workmanship! I was so pleased with Denny's professionalism and superb time management as I had many estimates from top "A" providers from Angie's List. NOT ONE COULD COMPARE to New Improved Paint Remodeling! As a matter of fact I had asked for a quote from another (the highest) top provider on Angie's List and he came out but never gave me a proper estimate; It was like pulling teeth on an alligator. So I fortunately called Denny at New Improved Paint Remodeling. I had damage to my walls since I had a new kitchen installed months ago and his crew worked on patching and prepping walls and ceiling for nearly half the day. So he is not just a slap your paint on the walls type company. This was extremely impressive. Especially when other companies told me that their coupons were not good BECAUSE of their own ridiculous rules; like "our coupons only cover paint job and if you have drywall work done. the coupon is void for the paint portion...." Anyway, Denny came out very promptly for an estimate which was very reasonable, and the LOWEST out of 5 companies, and I told him I needed the work done as soon as possible since I was on a time crunch - and he complied. His Crew started on time, and were diligent and courteous. While they painted, Denny repaired the exterior of my home where I had rotted wood. Save yourselves the time and money and cut to the chase: GET AN ESTIMATE FROM DENNY AT "NEW IMPROVED PAINT REMODELING" AND GET THE WORK DONE, you won't be sorry!

Denny went out of his way to accommodate us after the February ice damage destroyed our gutters. We knew we needed the trim painted, so he worked with the schedule of the gutter installation to paint trim before they installed new gutters. Additionally, we decided to paint the whole house, but by the time we let him know, his schedule was already filled until May. Nevertheless, he made room for us,and now we have a freshly painted home that looks completely improved. When I asked him to come back and paint something that I had previously decided I did not want painted, he happily did so. When I pointed out one missed spot on the entire house, he thanked me. Paint was additional, but we were able to use his discount at a major paint supply company that made materials very competitive for such a high quality product. Denny is punctual and task oriented, and his prices are very competitive based on two other bids we received.

Denny has very good people skills and his crew did a great job, both painting and cleaning up behind. All very professional.

The only critique I would have would be little lax in using drop cloths. Otherwise they did a good job. They were always on time, and they did really good work.

.The job went very well . Denny and his crew arrived on time at start of job , and started work promptly. There quality and detail was exceptional they went to great lengths to protect furniture and carpet. They were so courteous and kind to have in our home , Gary was truly a gentleman and did a very good job.This paint job actually went for a couple of months this was due my poor planing.We chose a color that did not go well for the kitchen walls and cabinets and decided to have it repainted with a different color. Denny was so booked up with pending jobs , he had told us he would have to come back at latter time due to the time it would take to redo the walls and cabinets. During that time of Denny's return to repaint,my wife and I decided to have new granite counter tops installed and a new subway tile back splash by two different contractors . This was was a classic example of having new ideas when you start doing a project in your house. This process took approximately 5 to 7 weeks to have completed. After this was completed I called Denny back to see if he would come back out and just finish painting the kitchen walls , and he came out promptly. we decided we were happy with the color of the cabinets after all. Perfect! Denny and John were responsive, timely, and professional. They went above and beyond, especially with the included primer paint. They were very respectful of our time and our home during the time they were here. They cleaned up after themselves and went to great lengths to seal off the affected room so that drywall dust was contained. I would highly recommend Denny and his team and would happily use them again in the future.

Denny and his guys did a good job. His price was extremely competitive, the communication was good, they worked quickly and efficiently. They got a B because upon inspection they left some small paint stains on the floors, etc. If you use them inspect their work carefully before they go and you'll be fine.

They were excellent. Showed up on time, worked hard and were courteous & professional. Denny was great to work with and I came to rely on his input and assistance. He was willing to take on extra items as they came up and if it was a job he was not equipped to do, he told me. I will definitely hire them again if needed, as I trust them.

Denny and his crew were very professional, punctual and went the extra steps. They did not leave until both myself and Denny were completely satisfied. He even hung something on the wall that had been too high for me to hang without renting a tall ladder. I looked at 3 quotes and his was the midrange estimate. However, he got back to me immediately and I had to follow-up with the other 2 companies. His quote was very reasonable as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

This is the 4th time I've hired Denny and his team to paint. Over the past year, I've had a new deck and fence stained and the entire interior of the house painted. Pricing has been extremely competitive for each job and quality is second to none. These guys are the only residential contractors I've felt deserved to be rehired. They are professional, punctual, and hard-working. Hire them. You won't be disappointed.

Denny was very responsive to quoting the job and reasonable in price. Job was actually started and finished a couple of days earlier. Very good quality, clean, punctual and very professional in how he handled everything. Seems to have a hard working crew.

Excellent service and follow through. I had contacted a couple other painters and was told that they wouldn't take on smaller jobs. Within a week of speaking with Denny he scheduled the job. He was on time, professional and efficient. I will definitely use them again in the near future.

Denny Nackley and his crew are a great find. Denny anticipates needs and does several small tasks without adding to the bill. Prices are reasonable. Work always began at the time and day scheduled. Everyone on the crew was courteous and professional. The quality of the work was very good. So far I have asked him to do 2 jobs: The first job involved painting gutters, and exterior trim on large brick house. This job was long overdue and therefore required extra effort to do a good job. Some of the woodwork had to be repaired. Everything was and brushed. The details are as follows: · Pressure wash all wood trim and gutters and garage door. · Wood repair · Replace front sill left of front door. · Repair back bottom door jambs · Replace 2 window sills · Replace right front bottom window mid trim. 1 ft sec · Remove all planters hanging on brick and mortar holes · Paint all wood trim, windows, soffits , facia all doors and garage doors. · Paint all gutters and downspouts. · Paint metal front rails · Sand and paint front door unit I requested 4 estimates. The highest estimate was over $10,000. Denny?s estimate was not the lowest but was similar to the other 3. And the final charge was $7045. The second job involved painting the living room wall, painting a ceiling that extended well beyond the living room, painting a large bedroom, doing numerous baseboard repairs, caulking and painting and painting 2 bathroom vanity chests. Total charge was $3425. I did not seek other estimates for these jobs. Nevertheless I can tell that based on conversations with an insurance adjuster who had looked at part of the work earlier in the year, I was well served. Lastly, not only did Denny and his crew accomplish these tasks, they took a great load off of me because he got movement going on multiple projects quickly and greatly increased quality of enjoyment in our home. I expect to have him back for additional work in the future.

We were moving into a new house, with a new baby. Plus, we were getting ready to sell our old house. So we were in a pinch with time. But we needed to get the new house painted inside. We called Denny: he provided us with a great price and great service. We were worried about fumes, and Denny agreed to work with us--from the kind of paint to air circulation. We were worried about our new floors, and Denny and his crew were very careful not to dribble paint on them. And there were other requests that Denny was more than happy to help with. All of this, and done in a very timely fashion--even our designer was amazed at the pace and quality. All this is to say: call Denny.

We have used Denny and his crew on several occasions over the last 2 years. They are GREAT!! They do good work, on time, and are easy to work with. They do book ahead of time, so you need to plan ahead. Denny also has great contacts for additional services. I will never call another painter again as long as I live In Nashville.

A year ago we contacted Denny Nackley through Angie's List to paint the exterior of our home. I am hesitant to write reviews immediately after a service. Time tells if the job was well done. We have been pleased with the work Mr Nackley did for us. He responded to our initial request promptly, gave us a free estimate and date of service, worked efficiently and did a very good job. Mr Nackley asked us if we had any concerns when he was finished and was willing to return if we noticed any problems. We would recommend his work.
