Description of Work: Denny painted my front door, both the inside door and the storm door. He painted three sets of shutters and the trim on two windows on the second floor of my home. I called on Saturday afternoon, He came out and looked at my home on Sunday and painted on Thursday. He made sure I picked out a color that I was happy with. He communicates very well. My home looks GREAT! I wish I would have found him a year ago! AWESOME!

Description of Work: I requested a bid for painting of very large shutters on Saturday evening via email. i received an email response with 15 minutes! The owner drove by my house on Sunday and I had a formal bid on Sunday evening. The price was low compared to bids obtained last year. And now, less than 7 days from my first email requesting a bid, I have freshly painted shutters. They were painted beautifully front and back, including the metal hardware and hinges. I'm pretty picky and I am impressed. I'm already seeking bids from New Improve for other projects. The price was very reasonable, the work was excellent, and New Improve scheduled the work quickly on a day that worked with my schedule. A++++++

 + -1 moreDenny (owner) came out to my house on the day I called him to look at the job. He sent me an estimate the next day. He complied with my request to do pressure washing or noisy construction on Fridays only. He replaced the rotted wood trim to match perfectly. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up each day. They completed the work and I am very pleased with the job. Denny called me to confirm that I was pleased with their work before he collected payment. He is thorough, fast and customer oriented. I will hire him again.

 + -1 moreDenny visited the house in person, discussed the job with my wife and then very quickly submitted his bid, which was detailed and professional we knew exactly what he planned to do and he offered options as well. He submitted a price for one coat of paint or two. After we accepted his offer, which was priced competitively, he set up a time to start the job about 3 weeks off, and explained that intervening bad weather could delay the starting date. A week or so before the start he reminded us to buy samples of paint and explained that it was a bad thing to have the painters there and then decide you don't like the color you've chosen. A few days before the painting was to start a crew arrived to pressure wash the house and porch. They started right on time, were here each day for four days, dis a terrific job and cleaned up after they were done.
Description of Work: The company replaced some rotting exterior woodwork, caulked windows, pressure washed the front porch and painted all of the trim as well as the garage door and a rear wall.
