Denny, the owner, was very prompt and punctual with both the estimate and actual work. Because we received such a great service from New Improve, we've already arranged for them to do additional work for us.

I had them paint my media room (dark colors). It was my first time using painters. Denny's crew was very friendly, professional, and meticulous about keeping things neat and clean. They did a great job and I will be using them to do other rooms as I continue to "overhaul" my interior. I was very satisfied with the work, the speed, and the price! Denny even did a cable drop in the wall for my movie projector, which saved me a lot of time and sweat.

Mr. Nackley called me the same day I searched your site. He came by the next day for an estimate and gave me a time that suited my schedule even though it was short notice for him. (We were preparing to put our house on the market). His work and his price were very good. Over the weekend we listed our house--even sooner than we had planned--and Mr. Nackley came back this morning to do touch-ups and repairs our Realtor had suggested. He is so quick! I mean in his responses, his wit, and his work. He is truly a pleasure to do business with. I give him 5 stars!
