Description of Work: Yes, you saw the price correctly - $45 for 4 hours of work! I initially saw Jessica's ad on Craigslist and I was skeptical. However, I corresponded with her on email then spoke with her on the phone to arrange a time for her to clean my home. She showed up on time and immediately went to work. She had great initiative and didn't require a lot of direction. She was very thorough and even did my laundry for no additional charge. Jessica was willing to do additional tasks others normally charge a fee to do. I have used several cleaning companies and Jessica is just as good as the others at 1/3 of the price. She's also very flexible and was bwilling to come out any time that was convenient for me.
