He was on time, accurate, professional and conscientious. The most important attribute a contractor can have is honesty. Steve is honest and credible and will always give you more than what you pay for.

Steve was extremely thorough and professional. He found things I never would have thought to look for. Our brick was missing weeping holes in certain sections of our home. Also my half bath said it has a GFI outlet connected to the kitchen GFI outlet however after Steve's testing he found they were not connected and that we needed a GFI outlet installed in the half bath. A pipe had busted under our home prior to our purchase and he thoroughly inspected the repair work that was performed, lucilky for us the builder repaired it and there is no water damage evidence found however Steve did find they did not hang the duct work back properly in all areas. He sends pictures with his report which is extremely helpful for someone who doesn't understand all the terms builders use. His service is very reasonably priced, and I called a ton of other companies. I chose to use Steve based on his price and on the fact that he was the only inspector that I called that spoke openly with me on the phone and was willing to answer my questions prior to us choosing to use him for the inspection.
