+ -1 moreThe job took two full days for six employees. They were there from 7 am until dark on those days. Cory and his crew were very professional and answered any questions I asked them. There were no surprises, the details that were discussed before signing the contract were completed. A very good job!
Description of Work: They removed the old two layers of three tab shingles and replaced it with architectural 30 year warrenty shingles. All needed preparation was included including synthetic felt, moisture guard, flashing, and vent pipe covers. The house is 4400 square feet so it was a pretty big job.

+ -1 moreExceeded expectations. The owner was on site every day to check on his crew and to talk to me. The roofing crew was not outsourced, a big factor in my selection of River City Roofing. The crew was skilled and efficient. The owner was knowledgeable and professional and kept his appointments, always arriving on time. He consulted with me on any new developments that occurred in the tear-out and installation. The job was finished in 2 and 1/2 days, even with the unbearable heat. There were no unexpected "surprises" regarding cost or installation issues. We've had only one decent rain since the new roof was installed and there were no leaks.
Description of Work: Complete tear out of existing roof; installation of new architecture shingles, weather guard underlayment in low pitch areas, valleys, protrusions; installation of drip edge; installation of turbo ventilators; replace damaged wood; sealed chimney; cleaned attic of roofing debris; cleaned yard of nails.
