NORTON'S CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

I had Shawn Norton clean our entire house of carpet. He was highly recommended, did an awesome job, very thorough and efficient and his price was fair. Carpet looks like new and even has the "bounce" it originally had. I will definitely hire him again and confidently recommend him to anyone in need of this service.

Did a very good job

I had Stanley Steamer out to get rid of a spot in a white carpet, but they could not do it correctly. I had Norton come out and they were able to get it out. He cleaned both the back and front of the carpets. He was fantastic! I would call him in a heartbeat. I am very pleased with him. Their pricing is good.

Excellent. We have used Norton's for years, as recommended to us by who we bought carpet from. They are excellent at what they do and a company you can count on to be honest and professional.

I can not speak highly enough about this company. I received their name from an antique rug cleaner who said this is the only company they ever recommend to their customers and I can honestly say I now know why. I have had 3 previous carpet cleaning companies come in and charge me and arm and a leg to clean this same area and finish by saying that the stains were so bad that the only thing I could do would be replace the carpet in all three areas. Norton's came in promising me nothing other then that they would try. They further explained the particular cleaning system they use -- the Bain System. They did have to come back a second time but it was because the stains, that happened 8 years ago, had gone into the padding underneath and spread throughout the rooms. The stains immediately leached up as Norton's worked on it. All I can say it worked!! After being told by 3 other well-known carpet cleaning companies that nothing could be done ---- Norton's did it! I now will feel very comfortable when I put my house on the market (with no carpet allowance!) It was well worth the money!

They were friendly and courteous as well as on time and clean. I was very pleased with the service that this company provided to my home. I would recommend this company to anyone because of the great work that they do and their dedication to the company and their customers. They do an excellent job.
