Excellent. I've used Bill before at both my home and my son's home. I like Bill because he fixes all of the problems, and not just what he was asked to do. In this case, I asked him to replace my toilet. He found some issues with the underfloor pipe and corrected it. My floor is not level and he did a great job of shimming the new toilet to compensate for the floor issue. He just always makes sure that his job is done right, and I appreciate that. His final cost was right on with the estimate. I will continue to use Bill if it's a task that I can't do myself. Also a very personable man.

Please stay away from this company. I contacted them to receive a quote and the person was EXTREMELY rude. Their excuse for being so rude was because they said it was a Sunday and that I should have contacted them during normal business hours if it wasn't an emergency. I would never go with them after how rude the person was. They have no idea how to provide customer service. All I did was request a quote and was very nice about it but they were nothing but rude for some reason.

It went excellent!! William is the best plumber ever. He was professional, smart, extremely helpful and his pricing was super fair. Much better than all other plumbers. He knew what he was doing and got the job done fast but it was done right. Would recommend him to anybody and will definitely hire him again for all of my plumbing needs.

Finally I found a plumber I like in Memphis. I highly recommend Bill.

Bill was recommended by another plumber who does work for many of my Central Gardens neighbors. After I requested a proposal for the service and I sent him some pictures and general information, he came to my house to take a look at the project. He suggested I call in a TN One Call utilities locate in order to determine if the buried gas line would interfere with using a trenching machine. I did, and a few days later MLGW located and marked the gas line in my yard. Bill determined the new trench would have to be hand-dug due to proximity to the buried gas line. We rescheduled the start of work by a few days while he found labor to dig the trench. The trench was dug in a day, the plumbing/piping work was completed in a few hours, and the next day Bill had someone there to backfill the trench. Bill is fully licensed and provided a general liability certificate to me by email. He filed a permit for the job and the city/county inspector was happy with the work. I made a few specific requests about the project and he didn't have a problem taking care of them. I would definitely recommend Bill for this type of work.

This is the second time I've used McMullin Plumbing and I called him back because I had such a positive experience with my first service call in November of 2013. My shower was leaking because of a chip in the fitting (brass pipe where the handle cartridge goes). Bill had to cut a hole in the wall on the outside of the shower; remove the old pipe work; install new piping which included the new handle and shower head as well. Bill asked to reschedule my original appointment, which was scheduled for yesterday. He called first and asked for permission due to workload. It was not at the last minute. He offered to reduce my cost, which I declined. He arrived the next day as scheduled (actually, ahead of schedule) and did the plumbing work. The results were just as successful as the original job in November. He works quickly and efficiently. No diversions, just concentrated work. Very friendly and just an all around nice guy. If I have any plumbing needs in the future I will most definitely call Bill back. I believe that Bill's prices are very reasonable.

Excellent. Got here on time, Cost was MUCH cheaper than any other plumber ive had in the past. Bill didn't charge a 2 hr minimum.Finished in a timle matter, No extra hidden charges.
