Kennedy Lawns

These guys did a great job placing new sod in my front yard. They came out to give a quote, and explained exactly what they would be doing. We scheduled a day for the work to be done, and ordered the sod. The 5 man team showed up on time and got the job done. My old weed farm of a yard is gone. We are very pleased. Would definitely hire again for future projects.

I had several areas in my yard that needed attention. Jeremy was able to get to them all and did a great job and now he has scheduled me for every other week yard maintenance.

I've really enjoyed working with Kennedy Lawns. Jeremy is the best! He recently planted some roses and box woods for me. Now my lawn is one of the best in the neighborhood. I highly recommend them for all your lawn and landscaping needs.

Kennedy Lawns was a joy to work with on landscaping the beds around the front of my house. Jeremy is such a hard working young man and I would recommend him and his crew. It was refreshing to have a young man who is so dependable.

I had a hedge wall on the side of my house that was way up over the roof. They contacted me and scheduled me quickly and had the best price estimate. The hedges look great now!

The deck that I built 33 years ago over my pond needed to be replaced. After contacting Home Advisor I chose Kennedy Homes to remove the old one and replace it. The representative from Kennedy Homes was optimistic and appeared to really want to do the job. After checking with other companies I decided to let them build my new deck. Man, am I glad I did. They were so busy with other projects, and I can see why. They had to do it on the weekend. The crew came out promptly on Sat. morning and began removing the old deck. They finished the new deck about noon Sun. The deck they replaced was not just a simple rectangular structure, yet they seemed to go about their work with a minimum of vocal coordination, which told me that they really knew what they were doing. The new deck incorporated features and extra support that they could have omitted. Their systematic precision and friendly business like attitude really impressed me. They examined every board they picked up and some were discarded. I really believe that the deck they built would support an automobile. I would think that the quality of their work would create a demand that would be overwhelming. So, if you need a new deck (or any other project, I suppose) was contact Kennedy Homes. Top notch!! Great customer service and they went over and beyond what I expected.

Mr. Kennedy arrived promptly to give me my estimate, the crew returned when they said they would, completed the job as promised and made certain that I was happy with their work. I was charged what I felt was a fair and competitive fee for the value received.

They showed up on time (on a Saturday morning!), with a total of 5 men. They worked a full day and completed my "major" landscape project. Mr. Kennedy and his guys did a good job and he did exactly what he said he would do. I plan to contact him the next time I need landscaping or building projects to be done.

We had an appointment for 11AM to discuss cost and time/day he could do the first cut of our lawn. He was on time and we made an appointment for Friday. He came and had a helper with him. The helper cut the lawn with a push mower; did a fantastic job while owner did weed eating and edged side walk, drive way and curb, which was also done in a fantastic manner. He them blew the entire yard down; grass cuttings and leaves. I do not believe our yard has ever looked this great before. Am so glad we used Home Advisor to find this young man and am very pleased with his work. Will for sure recommend him to all!

Arrived when expected and completed the job in a timely manner even tho they ran into unexpected problems(Termites). Made the repairs and never missed a beat. Cleaned up like they were never there. I highly recommend Kennedy and will call again for my next project.

Very pleased with the new deck. I would recommend these four men to anyone. They show up on time, work very well together get the job done and clean up very every little piece of debris and haul it off.

They were excellent to work with. Communications were good, on time prompt in getting work done and for the quoted price. The work was also outstanding, the deck is very well built, matched the construction style of the older deck and the connection to the existing older deck very nice. They also did nice clean up after the job.

In 30 years of home ownership, Kennedy Homes is the best contractor I have ever worked with. Their work was excellent . My deck is exactly what I wanted and more. And they were a pleasure to work with.
