First of all, I received a phone call from Mitch within two hours of leaving a message and he showed up the same day to look at the property. Over the next week and a half while we waited on weather, he showed up 3 more times to ensure the project would be a success. His bid was the highest price of 4 that I received... but with Mitch, you get what you pay for. I was immediately impressed with his background, his demeanor, knowledge, and professionalism. Once on the job, Mitch’s team went above and beyond. As a certified arborist, Mitch smoothed the way with the City of Lakeland in order to get my permit. Once the work started, the team arrived early, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and were extremely professional. My job took them three whole days, at the end, they left the area much better than it was prior and helped clean up some old fallen logs that hadn’t been dealt with yet. A phenomenal experience and overall a job extremely well done. Total price paid: $14,500.00

Great experience. This our second time using Harrison Tree Service for trimming. This was also an emergency situation since we had a terrible storm with many down limbs and trees. Harrison Tree was out the same day as the call to assess the situation and was out the next day to clean up the damage and also trim up the trees. Very professional and fantastic work.

We live on 4 acres of trees and have used Harrison Tree Service to take down several large trees and small ones. It's a constant struggle to manage this, and they are the best to work with! He knows his trees, and what to do to maintain them. He'll make suggestions based on the most important priorities and help to stay within my budget. His employees are professional, and when they were done they did a wonderful clean-up job. Will use no one else!

I called to get a quote to take down a tree and take out a stump. He said that he would have someone come out and cut the tree and a couple of days later, he would have someone grind out the stump. The tree came down, pretty quick and clean. He called me and said to pay for the cut and then to pay for the stump whenever the work was done in a couple of days. Two weeks pass by so I called him to ask about the stump and he said that someone would com out. It’s been a month so I just went and rented a machine to grind it out myself.

My mother and I couldn't be happier with the work done by Harrison Tree Service. They removed the tree, ground the stump, and did an amazing job of cleaning up and removing all of the debris. A couple weeks before a crew from another company had been in the neighborhood cutting down and trimming trees. You couldn't even drive through the subdivision for all the limbs, etc. left on the sides of the street, plus they knocked down a portion of a neighbor's fence. Believe me, it was worth the little extra money to have it done right.

Very well. Mr. Hamilton, an arborist, has a vast knowledge of trees and determined the treatment needs of our many different trees and shrubs. I was very impressed and learned a lot from him. I will definitely plan to use his services again on a regular basis.

The work took about an hour. The worker was respectful.

We called Jones Bros./Davey Tree in early June, got an estimate and agreed to the work. In late September they still hadn't performed the work. So I called and the lady said they were behind and she really didn't seem to care. So I called Harrison. He came right away and by the end of the week the tree was taken care of. Plus, he was $75 less.

Mr Harrison came out and walked the whole job with my wife. He addressed each of her concerns and made sure it was all completed above what she expected, and cleaned up better than before the job started. Can not say enough about this company !!!!

So expertly done , not even one petunia was broken which were right under the tree. Hauled everything off and even cut up some wood for the fireplace. It started to rain before they finish clean up but a man came 2 days later and thoroughly cleaned all sawdust from our deck and furniture .

Were able to come the next day to do all the work. This was huge for us since we had a cracked branch above driveway. They were extremely knowledgable about trees. They know what they are doing! The trees look great! Made our whole house look so good! They came when they said they would, cleaned up thoroughly. They did deep root fertilization of trees which should help the trees thrive.

Harrison Tree Service is excellent! Mitch Harrison is a certified arborist who's very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.. He's very honest, a good listener, and will provide info and advice for your particular situation. He and his team know how to come in and get the job done. They work hard to be extremely careful with your buildings and landscaping while, of course, keeping themselves safe. The way that they can get into some of the tightest spaces and remove 50-60 foot (or more) trees is amazing. This was our second time using the company and we plan to use them again in the future.

Mitch Harrison is the consummate business man. He is personally involved and committed to providing excellent customer service. I was very impressed with all aspects of my business dealings with him; his courtesy from the moment I called to request a bid, his professionalism and conservative recommendations when conducting a survey of my property; how he provided references (without request) and educational materials about deep root fertilization; how the bid was detailed enabling good comparison with other bids; and how he offered increasing discounts based on the amount of work done. He completed the work when promised. His crew was polite, hardworking and efficient, completing a great deal of work in about 6 hours. They were meticulous about clean up, leaving the area cleaner than when they had arrived. Mitch personally checked on the work and my satisfaction with the work shortly after the crew departed. As a certified arborist, Mitch provided expert consultation about a pecan tree I was concerned about that was consistent with other arborists who provided bids. His foreman also alerted me to possible issues high up in another tree that bears further watching. While this was not the lowest bid I received, I felt the additional cost was well worth the value received. For example, additional work not in the original bid was completed at no additional cost. I am extremely pleased with Harrison Tree Service and will definitely conduct business with them again.

I would certainly hire them to do it. He also looked at other trees on the property and gave me a quote on deep root fertilization. He was very knowledgeable about tree maintenance and did not pressure me or do a hard sell. Very knowledgeable about his business and a nice person to deal with.
