They are excellent. We have been using them for 16 years. They are fantastic and he is the only one that I will allow near my trees. We have big trees. I recommend them to everyone. We have had a lot of storms and there are a lot of downed trees. We have had them take trees down that were dead. He always comes out and does the estimate. His crews are very qualified and he comes with them. When I call with questions, he will come out and look. He came out when a storm had passed through and told me that my trees would be okay. He is a certified Arborist. They usually come early in the morning and go to work. I have never had a problem and I can call their office and he will call me right back.

We have used Mitch Harrison of Harrison Tree Service for about 4 years (as long as we've lived in Memphis). He was a referral from a neighbor who has lived here for over 25 years. Mitch has always been prompt, attentive and very professional. He has not only trimmed and fertilized our trees (we have more than a dozen), removed 3 dead or dying trees but he has also informed us of any issues he has noticed and advised accordingly. He loves what he does and it shows in his passion for it. We would highly recommend Mitch to anyone in need of a tree professional.

Never knew when they were coming but they did show and cut them down. I was under the impression that they were to cut the stumps down to the ground. They said tbey did not have a chain that would do that. My husband went and purchased one and cut them down to the ground.

Owner Mitch answered the call, arrived promptly to provide on site estimate! Friendly, personable, and very knowledgable! Really felt comfortable with Mitch. Unable to perform work on same day ...which is understandable since it is during the holidays! Needed work today so went with another tree service...but would recommend checking this service out if you are looking ...very easy to talk with & fair in pricing!

It was wonderful to speak with Mitch Harrison directly whenever I called. It took about a week for the quote to come in, but once we got the quote the service was able to be done same day. The price was great. They cleaned up after themselves and you wouldn't have known they were there. The Crepe looked great afterwards, the Mullberry wasn't so pretty, but it had been botched previously before we moved into the house.

I have used Mitch Harrison for a number of years for all of my tree needs. He is professional and curtious. But, more importantly, he is a certified arborist knowledgeable of, and dedicated to his profession. The tree he evaluated has still not bloomed and may not, but it is not dead either. The wood is still green and the branches are still pliable. I will leave the tree to see if it ever blooms again in the spring, but for now, I am grateful to Mr. Harrison for his efforts over the many years we have used his service.

Mitch Harrison runs a very professional business and from the first conversation with him it is very obvious that he cares about the trees and it is more than just a job to him. I called Mitch because the very large old red oak on the front of our property did not foliate completely this year and I was concerned about it. I might add that I live on 40 acres with several dozen beautiful old trees. Over the years several have been lost because of storms, insects and just old age. Mitch came out and spent over an hour going over the entire property to give an evaluation of our tree situation. He promptly sent me a detailed email with his recommendations and prices for each individual tree. He never pushed me to use his services and I thought his prices were very fair. (I have had some VERY BAD experiences with tree services in the past, so I'm naturally wary). I decided to start with having the large red oak pruned and treated as well as a dozen other trees that were infected. Mitch and his crew arrived on time on the appointed day. The work was done professionally and safely. The clean-up was immaculate. And the old oak tree looks so much better after the clean-out. Mitch made no promises about saving it but we are just trying to prolong its life and make it healthy. We have mapped out a long term program for my trees and he will definitely be our "tree man" from now on. He just sent me a follow-up email today to see if I needed anything else and was satisfied with his service. Call him, you won't be disappointed

We have a lovely small backyard garden which needed more exposure to sunlight. The Sweetgum, about 70-80 feet tall had grown out wider within the last two years and, between it and the Pine trees, our backyard had become entirely too shady for a garden. We investigated tree professionals on Angie's and began taking bids for the work. Harrison's, which is a certified Arborist company, was the only company which came up with a plan we liked and price to match. They came out when they said they would and did an excellent job of pruning the tree. This allowed more light into the backyard while saving tree until we decide if we really want it entirely taken down. The other bidders, we had four, either wanted to take the entire tree down for an exhorbitant amount of money, or trim it for almost the same price. We've now decided to take down the Sweetgum and at least one of the Pine trees, maybe two, next year. We will definitely be calling on Harrison's again for the work. Mr. Harrison and his team care, they're good, and reasonably priced.

I called Mitch to describe my issue - leaves were falling at a time of year when they shouldnt and they also had yellow and brown spots. I specifically chose Mitch Harrison because he is an arborist and knows trees well. He came out to have a look and recommended deep root fertilization and performed it. He also gave me specific instructions for watering the tree through the summer months. Within 2 weeks the leaves stopped falling and the tree looked healthy again. He will be following up with me in the spring to check on the big old oak tree again

Great service. You couldn't tell there was a fallen tree. They were quick and cleaned up everything. The actually came out pretty quickly.

Mitch came out and gave a terrific itemized estimate for all tree work that I "should" have done and allowed me to "pick & choose" what I wanted based on my budget. My main concern was getting rid of a dead tree in my back yard. He took down that tree, raised the canopy on an adjacent tree and trimmed a few dead branches from another. They happened to see another branch over my driveway that appeared to be in danger of falling and causing damage to my car, so he took it down without additional charge. Mitch is a very knowledgeable arborist and fairly priced. He came out to give me my estimate within a day and work was scheduled very quickly. The yard was left in excellent shape. They did the work while I was at work and when I got home, the tree was gone and my trees/yard looked great. Not so much as a stray leaf or twig anywhere! I highly recommend!

He is a certified arborist. He is the only one I let touch my trees. He is very reasonably priced. He does an excellent job. They clean up after everything and haul it off. I have a huge tree in my back yard. He says it's about 75 years old. He comes out and gives it a vitamin shot and deep root treatment every year. It's just the most beautiful tree. We have been here fourteen years and he is the only one I will let near it.

Somebody recommended them to me. The only thing was, they didn’t really talk to me and explain things. This year I called another company to come out. The tree that they trimmed is actually gone. So there was a problem. They walked around and told me different things about that tree. They said that the tree had various diseases and I didn’t get the same feedback from Harrison. Harrison’s just pruned my tree and so the disease would have been on that tree last year too. They were responsive and did come out. I will not use their services again in the future.

His name is Mitch Harrison. He is the only certified arborist in west Tennessee. He did work for me a couple of years ago. He is coming back in December to do some more work. He is very efficient and very knowledgeable. He is very fair and honest. I would absolutely recommend them and absolutely use them again.
