I bought a new construction home from Creative Development and with in one week of moving in we had a water leak under the kitchen sink. The builder sent his plumber over to fix the leak (it started leaking again a month and half later and I fixed it myself). A few days after the sink was fixed the first time I noticed that the washing machine drain was leaking in the wall. The plumber came back over and fixed that leak (required cutting a hole in the wall). The overall quality of the house is nothing great. I should have looked at the details closer before buying. The little things matter and this builder miss?s the mark. The front door window pains are already hazing over and he has no interest in replacing them. A friend of mine bought a house from this builder and had roof problems. I would not buy another house from this builder.

Description of Work: I bought a house built by Creative developments and within two weeks of moving in the plumber had been here twice. The second was for a leaky washing machine drain in the wall! The front door looks like it was used when installed and after moving in I noticed several material defects in the house that I didn't notice prior to moving in. If you are looking at a creative development home make sure that you give it a real good look prior to closing!

It is true [member name removed] had two plumbing issues. Both times he called me, I had my plumber there in less than an hour to fix the problems. The leak behind the washing machine was caused by a sheet rock screw at the time of installation. This is an extremely rare event, but these things happen from time to time. There would be no way of knowing about a screw going into the washing machine drain line until the first time that the machine is installed and used. As soon as the homeowner made me aware of the problem, we cut the sheet rock, repaired the pipe, patched the wall, replaced any trim that got wet, and re-painted.There was an additional issue with a leak in his sink. My plumber found a loose compression fitting and believed that was the problem, but when it leaked again a week later, we replaced all of the drain lines under the sink. (My plumber believes there was a hair-line crack on one of the fittings). He was an out-of-town buyer, so his realtor did the final walk-through on the house. Generally that is when touch-up paint and other small concerns are addressed. I took care of everything his realtor pointed out. [member name removed] never called me about any other issues, and so I was very surprised when I read his Angie's List review. After seeing this review, I called [member name removed] to see what kinds of issues he was having. I met him at his house promptly, and he showed me a few touch-up paint issues with the home, which my painters took care of in a few hours for him. He was also unhappy with his front door because there was a smudges in between the glass windows of the door. My sales rep ordered a new piece to fix this problem. After the piece came in, he was unable to fix it properly, so he ordered him a brand new door. We have since installed and stained his new front door. I address all items when a customer calls me. I did not know about any of these issues until he posted this review on Angie's List. As far as I know, all items in his home have been addressed, and if he has any additional problems with the home, he just needs to contact us, and we will address the problem.

Bob's professionalism is unparalleled. He makes decisions quickly and is able to keep a project moving forward. His vision and excellence in working with an individual to accomplish their task is amazing. If you want your project to look like it came out of a magazine the you NEED Bob Burditt.... outstanding.
Description of Work: remodeling of home. Moved walls, reconfigured plumbing, completed kitchen and bath.
