It is true [member name removed] had two plumbing issues. Both times he called me, I had my plumber there in less than an hour to fix the problems. The leak behind the washing machine was caused by a sheet rock screw at the time of installation. This is an extremely rare event, but these things happen from time to time. There would be no way of knowing about a screw going into the washing machine drain line until the first time that the machine is installed and used. As soon as the homeowner made me aware of the problem, we cut the sheet rock, repaired the pipe, patched the wall, replaced any trim that got wet, and re-painted.There was an additional issue with a leak in his sink. My plumber found a loose compression fitting and believed that was the problem, but when it leaked again a week later, we replaced all of the drain lines under the sink. (My plumber believes there was a hair-line crack on one of the fittings). He was an out-of-town buyer, so his realtor did the final walk-through on the house. Generally that is when touch-up paint and other small concerns are addressed. I took care of everything his realtor pointed out. [member name removed] never called me about any other issues, and so I was very surprised when I read his Angie's List review. After seeing this review, I called [member name removed] to see what kinds of issues he was having. I met him at his house promptly, and he showed me a few touch-up paint issues with the home, which my painters took care of in a few hours for him. He was also unhappy with his front door because there was a smudges in between the glass windows of the door. My sales rep ordered a new piece to fix this problem. After the piece came in, he was unable to fix it properly, so he ordered him a brand new door. We have since installed and stained his new front door. I address all items when a customer calls me. I did not know about any of these issues until he posted this review on Angie's List. As far as I know, all items in his home have been addressed, and if he has any additional problems with the home, he just needs to contact us, and we will address the problem.
