Measuring, price and working of the plans, well done, very professional and provided detailed explanations of how and why and provided options, Matt knows shutters. Ordering simple, price very competitive. The actual delivery of the shutters was about 4 weeks past the ETA and they were sometimes slow to respond. Later found out staff person left who was the communication person, which delay follow up. The install went well. Installers were clean, professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

It was a pleasure to do business with Scott, his salesperson and installer. They were all responsive and on top of the job. There were a few adjustments to be made and they were done in a timely and pleasant manner. Communication was immediate and done with total professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for their services.

Had multiple orders with same local owner. Came and installed 2 in faux wood blinds on about half of the house. Quality work and were quick to order and get installed. Plantation Shutters look fantastic but did take 4-6 weeks to get in. Roman Shades were exactly what we expected and were fast to order and to install.

I renovated an old building that had several large and odd-shaped, non-standard size windows. I called Budget Blinds to get a quote. They returned my phone call immediately, came out to measure and offer a free quote within a day or so and had a quote to me within another couple of days. As soon as I placed the order, it was in within the timeline they gave me and installed a day after the blinds arrived. The guy who measured and provided the quote was nice and professional and so was the gentleman who came to install the blinds. They were fast, friendly and efficient.

Everything went well from scheduling to install. I am more than pleased with my new blinds. Service was outstanding. My daughter liked mine so well, she will be ordering hers very soon. Thanks for a job well done and a very satisfied customer.

He called and let us know he was running late due to traffic. We let him know that we had to leave at 9 but he assured us that he could be done in 15 minutes. We weren't in that big of a rush. He came in and measured and brought up some samples for us to look through. We got a general idea of what our options were and asked him to write us up some price options so we could think about it. He said he would email it to us that afternoon. We did not receive it. I sent him a text on the 11th, 15th, 16th and 20th. Each time except for the 16th I got a response and he assured me it had been sent or it would be sent or he had a computer problem. I never received anything or a follow up call to let me know of the problem. I tried calling the main number on the 20th but there was no answer. Someone reported that they may have gone out of business. Budget Blinds came highly recommended. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in the service and have moved on to other companies.

We worked with Budget Blinds to choose the style of blind and then sourced the fabric ourselves so we could choose the print/design, quality, and also to save some $$$. Once we had turned the fabric over to Budget blinds there was around 1 week turn around to have the blinds made and installed. The installation was quick and the job well done over all. The installer was actaully on site first thing in the morning (~8 am) during the week even though the installation was originally scheduled for 1pm later that day which saved us having to leave work to be home at the original time.

They were very detailed and thorough. We did not go with them because we got a lower quote.

The shades were ordered and professionally installed by one of their installers. He was very prompt and professional in his installation.

They came out and did a good job. We were so happy we will use them again and even referred them to our in-laws, as well. They did it the way we wanted to do it, which was good, and they did it on time.

The technician was very knowledgeable and figured out what the problems were fairly quickly. No special parts were needed, so I just paid the trip charge. I was extremely pleased and would definitely recommend them.

Overall, I was very happy with this company; good product, great service, good people working for them.

They were friendly and showed me their options, but I felt as though they were rushing me to make a decision instead, of letting me take my time to decide on the curtains I needed. I mentioned this to him and he apologized to me and explained that was not the intent. I decided not to use them because of the rushed feeling.

The shutters were problematic because they were wrong twice which just took time to get fixed. I didn’t shop around so I’m not sure how the price compares.

It was a good experience. The installer had to alter one of the blinds which was too wide at the top. He had all tools on hand to make adjustments. He also told us where we might have some termite damage. Everyone with the company was very accessible and helpful.

Representative showed up when scheduled and spent as much time as was necessary to educate me and provide me with a good picture of services provided and the cost involved with each option.

Fabulous. Richard Hillis was professional, courteous, and a great guy! Did not try to oversell me or anything. I don't know the installers name, but he was wonderful as well. The blinds were installed in about 30 minutes and they're perfect.

The estimate given included a discount for the windows of 15/window. The blinds came in within two weeks and it only took the installer less than an hour to hang everything. He did a great job and helped to fill previous holes from the mini-blinds that had been removed previously.
