+ -1 moreOverall it was a bad experience. Didn't follow my instructions, didn't complete the job, left the stump because he didn't see it was two trees down not just one, so he had under bid the work. Not my fault, you should have completed as agreed, and next time get out of the truck and walk over to where the tree is before giving a bid.
Description of Work: I do not recall the specific date that they worked at my house, but I do recall the rudeness, and unprofessionalism of Mr. Bryant himself. I had some trees come down during a storm and needed them removed from the property. He gave me a bid, not too expensive, but not cheap either. I explained to him that my septic lines were near the area the tree had fallen and not to drive his heavy equipment over the field lines, there was plenty of room to do the work without driving over the septic lines. I even painted the safe area he could drive over. To my shock they drove where ever they wanted too, and the ground sunk over part of my field lines. I called and complained about his complete disregard to my instructions, and he said I could afford a new septic system cause I was driving a new truck! My truck was 8 yrs old, doesn't matter what I'm driving, you should have followed my instructions, I am the one paying you!

+ -1 moreThe owner of the company and his crew spent 2 days carefully removing huge oak tree in front of house. They cleaned up after themselves. There was minimal gouges in the yard. The owner was on site, monitored and over saw details. No damage was done to the house. The stump was ground up and I was instructed on how to monitor the yard as time would shift the hole from the ground stump. The owner and crew were responsible, serious and focused on their job. Other neighbors came over, observed their work and Mr. Bryant did 6 other tree jobs in this area. One of the neighbors was an elderly, woman. Had fallen to the ground when she stepped out of her vehicle. Mr. Bryant's crew stopped and went to help her and her husband. It was a good experience and I would hire Bryant's Tree Service to additional tree service in the future.
Description of Work: Had rotten 80 year old oak tree removed, stump grounded. Removed dead apple and peach tree removed.

Description of Work: Gary removed several trees and tree stumps. He graded an area in the back yard as well as repaired and moved a storage shed.
