BP PAINTING COMPANY

I live in a 130+ year old Victorian house in Midtown Memphis which needed a serious paint job / interior & exterior. Brain visited the property within 2 days of me contacting him and gave a quote on the spot. His awesome team first pressure washed the house & 24x30 detached shop. Then made all the necessary repairs, rotten wood, leaky areas, damaged Sheetrock, etc, Things I didn’t even see that needed attention. His team of 20 caulked & primed everything to the point the house looked like it had chicken pox! When finished my husband & I were astonished!! Friends said the house hasn’t looked this good in the 35 years I’ve lived here. The entire team was considerate, honest, prompt on the job & professional at what they did. This was all done from start to finish in 9 days!! Thank you Brian & your Amazing Team!

The owner of the company and his staff did an outstanding job with painting our home. They were punctual and very detailed oriented in providing the services. This company is very professional and customer service oriented. My husband and I are very pleased with their services.

Very well. BP Painting Company should be named BP Professional Painting Company. The manager and his several painters and carpenter showed up on time, fixed several rotten wood areas and painted my 3,300 square foot house in one day. The painters and carpenter did an outstanding job. They knew what to do and how to do it. I give each of them 10 stars, rather than 5. And I highly recommend the company to anyone needing a quality paint job at an affordable price.

Came gave price then just would not return phone calls !!! 4 calls for date and one text NO CALL BACK EVER!!!!!!! AND DONT USE THE COVID EXCUSE ON THIS UNLESS YOUR **** PHONE HAD THE VIRUS !!!! SO VERY IGNORANT TO NOT RETURN A CALL!!! DON!T KNOW THE 1ST THING ABOUT RUNNING A BUSINESS!!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Brian is extremely unprofessional. We met over a month ago about my interior paint job and agreed to a price and date. I wanted to get my house painted before my wife and I move in because she is pregnant and cannot be around paint fumes not help move furniture after it’s already in the house. During the whole process I called and texted multiple times to obtain an official invoice to no avail. The day before the job, BP called and asked if they could delay until the following Monday. Given that we weren’t moving until a week later, I obliged. He then called the day before again and asked if his crew could come Wednesday (1 day before moving) so that he could keep them in outside jobs while the weather was nice. I was hesitant, but obliged. He then text me Tuesday (only after I reached out) and said he wasn’t coming. If you have a tight timeline, do not use this company. If you expect good, solid communication, do not use this company.

I am completely satisfied - work was performed according to specs. I do not live in this house and stopped by unannounced to observe. The entire crew was hard at work and the job is 100% professional. My thanks to Brian Phebus for his professionalism and to his crew for a job done professionally, correctly, and expeditiously.

BP Painting did a good job. They explained their process prior to the painting. There were a few things we had to show them and discuss with them in terms of wood repair we expected they would do a more thorough job on some of the repairs. After we mentioned it they did make the necessary repairs but I am not sure they would have done so if we had not expressed our concerns. The owner can be somewhat difficult to reach but the crew was easy to talk with and they were responsive.

I had agreed on price two weeks earlier. I arrived on date and time, the painter were to arrive to start job. No one ever showed up. I made two calls to phone # where I had earlier talked to business owner but never got any call back, that day or in the future.
