The job went as expected. The crew (Daniel was the lead) was very professional and engaging. They worked with us to get the look we wanted. They also saved a family of new blue birds which was greatly appreciated. Great job

This was my first dealings with Bartlett Gutter Co. I could not have been more pleased with the service provided. The work was performed on schedule and in a professional manner. Materials were of high quality and the price was very competitive. I highly recommend the company.

I had my old gutters removed to have rotten facia board replaced and painted. Figured I didn't need gutters. I was wrong. I researched several gutter companies and kept coming back to Bartlett. I accepted their quote and they kindly told me it would be several weeks before they could get to me due to the bad weather we had been having. That was not a problem for me. Once of the guys called asking about the color gutter I had decided on. After talking with him, he helped me realize I needed a different color and went with the other color. I received a voice mail Tues afternoon saying they would be out Wed to put up my gutters. They showed up Wed morning, all the employees were great, professional, personable and worked hard. Mitch made a suggestion about a down spout which made total sense to me. The house really looks great with my awesome gutters! Now, if it would just rain so they can get a good workout!

They know what they were doing. I had no trouble with them. They have done good work over the years. But I had a little trouble with what they did so I will call them back. He charged me more than what he used to charge me because I had him a number of times before. However, his workers were very nice people. I think he used cheap materials this time.

I am still trying to get the agreed upon work done completely. The owner who did the estimate (Randy) was incredibly nice as were the folks I talked to when I called. It was the installers who were poor. The work is incomplete and sloppy. Based on the volume of reviews for this business, I am sure if you used them, you would be ultimately fine. I guess I just got a bad apple. At one point I asked the installer to adjust something that was agreed upon in my estimate and he sighed and said Ill just do it so I don't have to come back. He was a poor representative of this company.

One year ago I received an estimate for gutter removal and replacement from Bartlett Gutter Company. This year, we had saved up enough money to replace everything. I emailed Bartlett Gutter with last year's estimate and received a phone call within 30 minutes saying that they were happy to honor the estimate from over a year ago (angies list discount included). They next day they were at the house to remove the old gutters and inspect the old wood. Two days later I got a call and a truck rolled into my driveway. They arrived at 8 AM on the dot and were done with the house by 1PM. Excellent work, excellent service, and exactly the product that I had asked for. At the end of the day there was no evidence that they had even been there...except the new gutters and downspouts. Bartlett Gutter did not give me the cheapest estimate on the market, but they promised me the quality would be excellent! So far I'm happy...I'll check back in after a few rainstorms!

We went with them because of the price and somebody who would call back and be reliable. We would recommend them.

I asked Randy, the owner, to seal several leaky gutter areas along the corners of the house, remove and replace broken or missing leaf guards, and address 2 specific areas that were leaking water behind the gutters and into the eave. There was also a downspout that I wanted removed and sealed, and one that I wanted moved to a different place. I was told that the leaf guard over my porch were improperly installed and that he could install ones that were better and would last longer. I had seen my original leaf guards, and they seemed to be in perfect condition, but I believed him as being an expert so I authorized the removal and replacement. Upon reflection, I feel that this was an unnecessary expense. After receiving the quote, I failed to realize that he did not include the most important reason that I had called him in the first place. The areas that were leaking behind the gutters and were causing wood damage. Randy told me he was two weeks out, so I went out of town expecting to be there to watch the work being done. Instead, everything was done without my knowledge while I was out of town. Upon my return home, I noticed that the main areas of concern were not addressed, but the installing of the leaf guards was complete as well as the removal of my downspout and sealing of some of the leaky corners was done. I had decided not to move one of the gutters and my price was reduced by 40 dollars. I called the company to fix the issues that were neglected and they squirted sealant in some holes and called it done. No charge for that. After several calls, emails, and visits to my house I paid them 755 for their work even though at least one of the corners is still leaking and one of the 2 main areas of concern is still leaking. They did complete everything in their quote, so I feel I was obligated to pay even though my gutters still leak. I also agreed to the leaf guards which I feel was a total up-sale and unnecessary. It was my mistake not to get a detailed itemization of what was being done. Randy is a very nice man, and very believable. My suggestion is to get a detailed itemized list of what will be done including prices for each item if you decide to use this company.

Went well...needed roof repair first and Bartlett Gutter made the recommendation and handled the contact for me.

They came on time and fixed the problem. We haven’t had any problems since. They changed the angle and redid the gutters. The entire process took only 3-4 hours. We have referred them to friends.

I needed new gutters on the back of my house. Bartlett Gutter arrived when they said they would to give the estimate, remove the old gutters and apply the new ones. I was also having my house painted and rotten wood replaced at the time I ordered the gutters. Bartlett Gutter was very cooperative in their scheduling. They came out and removed my old gutters and waited until I had the rotten wood repaired and the house painted before they returned to install the new gutters. I was actually out of town when they installed the new gutters, and when I returned, I noticed they had failed to place a requested splash guard. They acknowledged the mistake, and came out the next day and placed the guard on my gutters. The gutters look great and the color matches my house trim color perfectly.

Was having a problem with a leak. Decided to try re-routing the gutters least expensive route to take. So far so good. We had this problem with this leak off and on for approximately 6 years.

It went very well. They showed up on time and finished the work in the time quoted.

Contacted the company for an estimate. They came out as scheduled Selected them to perform the work. Scheduled appointment; they came on time; did 2 hours of quality work and left a happy camper behind.

I was pleased with them. They were professional. I did have some things that weren't just straight up gutter replacement. I had some wood crafting to be done and they offered service to do that as well. We had to have some things done and the person who provides the wood crafting that they work in conjunction with will provide that service. One phone call solved multiple problems for me.

The 3 man crew arrived on time, gutters and downspouts were installed in about 4 hours, and the house looks great. Over the next few weeks we had some pretty heavy rains. The gutters worked perfect.

Two men did a good job. Some water was apparently standing in the old gutter and allowed to overflow in removal, staining the facia board. It was a small area and I removed it after they departed. I should have noticed it before they left for them to do. Minor problem. Otherwise, good job.

We phoned Bartlett Gutter because they were the highest rated company on Angie's List. They sent a very nice sales rep to our home within 2 days, and he talked to us about removing the old gutters. He explained the need to carefully evaluate the condition of the wood trim that was underneath the old gutters, in case there had been any rot or other damage over time. When the old gutters were removed, the workmen discovered an area of wood rot and animal damage, which we had removed and repaired by Mr. Randy House. He came highly recommended by Bartlett Gutter and did a great job for us. His bill for $980.00 was separate from the invoice from Bartlett. The Bartlett Gutter installation team did a wonderful job and was finished earlier than expected.

We found Bartlett Gutter Co., Inc. through Angie's List. We called and had someone come out to review our situation and provide an estimate. We knew that our gutters were not performing well and had no idea what we needed. Dave Hall came a few days after our call to assist us. He said that we needed minor things done, listed above, and that adding the leaf guards would really help. A few days later, the company came to the house and did the work. We are very pleased to have worked with this company.
