Description of Work: On site repair at my home ...new computer crashed and they fixed it. I ended up taking the new computer in so they could change out windows 8 and install windows 7 pro. My old computer had XP and I had them clean it up and install vista on it for my mom's use. Overall, the service provided was done in a professional and timely manner. They have also been more than accommodating in assisting me with any questions or problems that have come up since. I am glad that I found them and they are not to far away from my area.

 + 0 moreI've seen Arlington Computers grow from they're obscure location to being mainstream in a great traffic area in Arlington. I've recommended them to friends and clients alike. If they've ever been hard to reach, it's because they're in great demand. They're great, solid, and you can trust them. I cannot say that for everyone in their industry. I once had a problem with an SD card reader and Arlington Computers didn't have a replacement in-stock. So they instead provided me with a unit that far outperformed even a properly functioning SD card reader. If you're in Arlington, stop by and see them even before you have an actual and quot;needand quot;. They're quite neighborly.
Description of Work: I have used Arlington Computers for my home computing needs and then also for my business (LunaWeb, Inc.). We are repeat customers of there's (which speaks volumes). I've enjoyed working with the pros at there. We've let them know what we are trying to do and they've spec'd the machines we've needed. Additionally, they've provided suggestions for us to save some costs as well. Saving costs is always a great at home and business. Our needs have ranged from: Office computers for clerical personnel Development workstations for programmers Development workstations for video and graphics processing Component replacement (mother boards, harddrives, etc...)

 + 0 moreWe were greeted immediately on entering the store. Each employee is knowledgeable and eager to help. We had 1:1 attention from that person until our decision was made. There was no pressure to buy any particular computer. We gave them information about how our daughter would use the computer, what her study course would be, and what her hobbies are. They made excellent recommendations for the computer and the software that she would need. They loaded the software on the computer while we waited and gave us tremendous discount on the software that we added at the time that we bought the computer.
Description of Work: We purchased the perfect laptop for our daughter to go away to college. we had the choice of a new or refurbished computer. With our purchase we got all of the software that she needed for college as well as the fun things (games and music) that she wanted. We go to this company frequently to check each time that we have any problem with any of our computers. Much of the time, they help us without charging anything.
