They came and took away the trap and the critter. They were very prompt. It went fine; they put the cage off the roof. I like their responsiveness, they came out reasonably promptly.

They are fabulous. The roof rat problem is no more. I recommended them to my neighbors and some clients. They were very fairly priced because they went beyond. They sealed up the house, killed the rats, came back and checked to make sure they were all gone and cleaned up the mess.

I had heard a "pawing" noise from the attic a couple days earlier. Apparently it was from the outside so I did not have any issues to address. They were very thorough and professional. Told me to call back if I had any more issues.

I called A-1 Wildlife Service because I had grey squirrels in my attic area. Technician inspected attic area for signs of pests and found evidence of grey squirrels and flying squirrels. Technician left traps in the attic and instructed me to check daily to see if any were trapped. Several days later two technicians installed wire screening over roof vents (color matched to house) and metal stripping along roof line and gutter. Have not had any problems with pests in my attic since (3 months)! Service came with a 1 year guarantee.

We made numerous calls to their office, which we usually had to leave on their answer machine. They kept telling us they would be out to begin the job, and even after setting several dates, they failed to show up and did not call us with any kind of excuse. Once they finally came, it took 2 men about 3 to 3 1/2 hours to do the job and charged us $3380.00. Can't believe the metal mesh would cost so much and there was definitely not much labor involved. This all left us thinking we really got ripped off. I would not use them ever again. Their cost was entirely too much. And yes, we could have probably found someone else to do the work, but we had waited so long for them to even come out and give us a quote, that we were just at the point that something had to be done and done fast before the squirrels scratched themselves through the walls and ceiling of our home.

I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Their pricing was competitive.

I called on a Saturday, and the representative came the next week. He looked in the attic, said yes, I had roof rats, then walked around the exterior of the house. He came back and said that they had to seal the entire roof line of the house, and they would normally provide a one year guarantee against reentry, but since my siding needed to be replaced, they would be unable to do that until that work was done. I told him I was having estimates on that, and he said the owner had started a contracting business and he would come out to give me an estimate for that. The quote for the sealing/removal of rats was $3000. I had already scheduled a second estimate, and that company came out and estimated between $500 and $900, depending on how much close up there was to do, as they said I only needed to close the holes, not seal parts of the house that weren't entry points. I researched it on-line, and decided to go with company #2. My total bill was $473 and the roof rats were gone.

A-1 Wildlife Service were very great. They were very nice people. They did what they said they were going to do and the got rid of the problem and fixed the hole which was a process and it took a couple of months but they were great. I have like a contract with them and they will come once a year and inspect.

Because we visually saw it, we knew we had a squirrel in our attic. We then tried to trap the squirrel for several weeks to no avail. A-1 was prompt with coming out and providing a quote. The squirrel was successfully trapped the next day and they were again prompt in coming back to retrieve the animal. They also patched the areas they felt needed attention and we have not heard any more scratching noises in the attic. The removal and repair was a bit pricey, but they did effectively solve our problem. I would use them again and I take comfort in knowing that they do not harm the animals but simply relocate them.

I called and made appointment with contractor. He came at appointed time. Performed inspection of attic and outside house. Found rat activity in attic. Found at least one known entrance from outside. Quoted a price for entrance sealing with guarantee. Told me how I could do the work myself. I opted to seal known entrance myself. I would use them again.

Contacted company about animals in the attic. They came out quickly and seemed to be thorough. Unfortunately, they gave me an estimate of $5300.00 !! They explained they needed to close all the animal entry points to my house. I asked what they would charge just to trap the animals, and he stated they do not do that. I actually asked the service person if he was serious about that price. I have now gotten help from my existing pest/insect service person as well as caught several animals myself.

The job was completed as promised. These are very nice people to work with.
