I was very happy with the service provided by Kyle and his assistant.. He was very accommodating as to the appointment time and place, was punctual on the day, and ended up taking away more trash than I had paid for. I can certainly recommend this company to anyone who needs trash removed in a simple and efficient manner.

Great service. Very impressed by the vendor's price for services as well as follow-up. Vendor called to confirm appointment and showed up exactly on time. Performed services and cleaned up site. Very high quality service and excellent price. I received quotes from other local suppliers and this vendor provided the same services at a significantly lower price. Will definitely use again.

Had to call Kyle after two weeks with no one trying to reach us. I told him that I had concrete rubble that needed to be moved but it wasn't much. He agreed to come over 7/12 between 11-11:30. At 11:30, we called he said he remembers talking to my wife to set up but then she called and cancelled which is not true. Then he said he would come over 3 or 4 today but he never showed up. Also on the phone he said he wasn't sure this would be covered by the coupon even though my wife told him all of this when she called this week. Not a good experience at all! He never even called when he didn't show up!

Bought AL deal for $59. Had provider out to look at what we needed hauled. Because of the weight of what we had( a lot of ceramic tile), the deal wouldn't even come close to covering what we needed hauled away. It would have cost a lot additionally to get the job done- approx $400 total. He was very courteous about it, and offered to honor a return on the deal I bought. Did that and went with a different AL deal that would cover what we needed. This deal just didn't work out for us, but wouldn't discourage anyone else from doing business with him.

He came on time and did the work very quickly. The only thing you have to be careful about is the deals that you purchase from these companies. 3 cubic yards goes pretty quick and you have to spend more beyond that. But they were great and he was very professional. They were responsive, they called ahead to make sure I knew when he was coming, he was polite when he was here but as I said you need to be careful about the amount the deal qualifies for because I have a lot of garbage since I just moved. So I had to do a little negotiating to get the right price.

I called and scheduled service. Later, Mr. Khaled realized that the deal did not cover what I needed done and I needed different service. He took the time to contact me and advised me of my error, in advance, instead of surprising me at the scheduled appointment and wasted both of our times. Had he waited and told me then that they could not complete the services, as requested, it would have caused financial and huge logistic issues for me. Because of his consideration, I have been able to make alternate plans. If I need a hauling service in the future, I will contact Mr. Khaled and 1-855-US Trash.

From start to finish, they were professional, well groomed, courteous, efficient, careful, and knowledgeable. The deal was for 2 cubic yards of junk, which equates to approximately the space occupied by a full-size washer and dryer. I used all of it, and I was very pleased with their work.

Kyle was punctual and very courteous. He had never removed a hot tub and it was decked in on my back deck. This proved to be very problematic. He had to cut it into small pieces and it was more work than he ever intended to do. He did an awesome job and I would recommend him to anybody in the Memphis area. He even came back the next day free to remove some items because it got too late in the day. This was above and beyond by all accounts. I am in fact using him again this week. I highly recommend his services.

Very well, we set up the time, he showed up, loaded up and was out in less than 30 minutes.

There was some miscommunication with this deal. When they came to remove the junk, they said that I had more than 3 cubic feet of stuff, and it would be double the price that I had paid for the deal. They did however get everything hauled off, and left the space nice and clean.

I called Kyle on Thursday, Mar 13, 2014. We set a time the next day for him to come to our home and give us a price. He said he would call before he arrived to make certain we were still on for the appointment. He did this, calling from 20 minutes out. He arrived and set a price that we agreed on. Kyle and his helper wrestled the concrete base, with pole, from the hole, got it onto a dolly and muscled it up a ramp onto the truck. It took the two of them, working hard, to get this 200 lb awkward object onto the truck. I would hire Kyle again in a heartbeat. Very friendly and hard working.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon from them. It didn’t go well. First of all he had to cancel the first appointment. For the second appointment he came to the house just to show me the truck was full therefore he could not put my items on it and didn’t take anything away. The third time he did and I must admit I paid extra over and above the amount I originally paid because I wasn’t really sure how much the cubits were. I didn’t see the difference as I really didn’t have that much stuff and I had a couple of things and had to pay extra to have some more things to be hauled away. It was not the best experience. I paid $30 more. When he did do the work it was good but then you have to weigh the quality of the work but there so much of negative rating up to that so I am taking everything else into consideration. I don’t know what caused the glitch with this guy and he was by himself not working with anyone else when he came to my house.

It was OK. I thought they were overpriced for the amount of trash that they actually took away. What they actually took was a very tiny amount of stuff, so I would never do that again. I would never use their services again. The work was fine and my interaction with them was OK. When they came out and they told us exactly how much they are going to take, we sort of made it clear that it was very minimal and they said they will take the rest for another $500 or something. So we took care of it in a different way.

Even though I purchased a deal for their services through Groupon, I was so impressed by their services that when I saw them on Angie's list, I wanted to submit a review. Kyle and his partner were very friendly, courteous and professional. Kyle notified me when they were coming and arrived within the time they said they would. They were quick and efficient. I will definitely use them again.

I called his local number, he provided helpful information but explained that he would need to see the large old TV that needed to be hauled off. He did go by, picked up the TV, was careful in removing it and was kind throughout the process.

They were friendly, interested and did their job fast and well.

The service provider contacted me and stated he would be out of town but he had my information and would contact me when he got back in town. However I never heard from him, and he failed to meet my deadline.

Went ok. They were very professional, yet did not pick up all because it wS over the cubic feet. So I took rest to dump myself.
