the guys showed up on time, were very polite and professional. they worked hard and didn't mess around,they did the job and cleaned up behind themselves. they did the work as quoted and I was very pleased. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone with things that need to be hauled away.

Went great. We set an appointment. He called 30 minutes before coming. Was actually a few minutes early. Looked at the load, gave me a quote. I thought it was reasonable. He loaded it. Really nice guy. Professional appearance and attitude. I will use them again if I need haul off.

I'm very pleased with this company. I called them this morning to make the appointment, and they were here at noon to do the job. Not only did Kyle and his helper, Phillip, remove all those heavy, rain-soaked, boxes, they also cleaned up the area quite nicely. I'm very impressed with them, and intend to use them again at a later date. Kyle and Phillip were very personable, friendly, professional, and fast! I believe it took them all of 20-30 minutes from the time they arrived till they left. I benefitted from their coupon ad of $79.00, and the balance was $190.00 -- I believe this to be a very reasonable price, since the boxes were so very heavy, and had been rain-soaked. Yes, I'm very pleased!!

Not well. We got a $60 coupon. When he came he said the job would be incremental due to amount of work and quoted a job price of $250. My wife specifically clarified that this was including the coupon and I further clarified that it would be a check for $190. After the job he said it was 250 on top of the coupon. We pointed out that is not what he agreed to and agreed to pay the $190 in addition to the coupon as we clarified and agreed. He then said he would dump the stuff back out in our driveway unless we paid the $250. Net, not a professional transaction and not a company we would do business with again.

From the beginning I was clear that I purchased the deal to remove a pile of broken concrete. The morning we had the appointment, he called to inform me that his truck had broken down. I was understanding- it happens- and followed up with him several times about rescheduling. I was clear throughout- including by text the morning that we met at the house- that I wanted to remove broken concrete. When he arrived, he told me that concrete was not included in the deal. (When I went back and looked at the fine print this was true, but again, if he had told me that earlier I wouldn't have wasted my time). He tried to charge an additional $280 to remove the 2.5 approximately yards of debris for a total of $340. He said that it was more than 2 yards (it was probably about a half yard over) so I told him just to take the 2 yards covered in the deal. He said if he honored the deal he would only take a few pieces total. He kept saying how much work it is, which I knew because I'd made the pile and had already taken over half of it to the landfill in many trips with my pickup. He complained about the weight, even though the deal made no mention of a weight limit. When it was clear we could not agree on a solution, he said that I should ask for a refund. I am frustrated about his lack of professional communication. It really seemed that he was trying to make an extra buck over and above the deal I'd purchased. I did not want to be ripped off so I cancelled the deal. I am now requesting a refund.

They were very friendly, helpful, and industrious. They cleared out the material and cleaned up afterwards. They even took a lot of things the movers weren't going to be able to take. They broke down a lot of boxes that they could have just thrown in the truck so they put in a lot of effort to keep my costs down. They were awesome!

I called Kyle who was busy on another job, so he arranged to arrive 4 hours later and arrived as promised. He had his truck with him and he and his coworker took most of the stack that afternoon. He returned the next day and removed the rest.

Although the provider recorded an incorrect telephone number for me, which led to a mixup regarding our initial appointment, the he immediately apologized and came to my house the very next day. He was extremely professional, punctual, and efficient. Everything was hauled away quickly and cleanly. I am happy with the service he provided and would not hesitate to call him again for future jobs. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent work. I was really glad they came out.

The amount of the deal specified a cubic volume to be removed. As I could not visualize what that looked like, I had much more ready. He and his employee arrived on time, assessed the situation and loaded the part that equaled the prescribed amount. We then asked about yard waste, which was entirely outside our original intention. He gave a very reasonable estimate for removing about 40 bags of leaves and a large pile of fallen branches and twigs. He said he could take it with the other load, so it's gone! Everything is gone! Hooray! We will definitely call again. It was a pleasure to work with this company.

The whole transaction went great. The staff was right on time, super polite, and easy to speak with and agree upon a price. They worked very fast and they were very careful not to damage the floors or bump into the doorways. They were even able to get the old heavy water heater out (what a tight squeeze that was to get it through the trap door too!). I highly recommend these guys and I would definitely use them again.

Every part of this job went perfectly - from the coupon ordering - to the first contact - his calls to discuss and confirm the dates - his call when he was on the way and the hours spent working in the Memphis Summer heat. I could not have asked for a better company and crew - there was nothing they would not tackle and they had a solution for every issue that came up. They made a very difficult job easy for me. I was very pleased with the price - the process - and this company. I am planning to use them again on another place I need cleaned out and will highly recommend them to all. This is how a job should work.

Kyle was very nice and a joy to do business with. I had some bulk items that my garbage company was going to charge me almost $200 to pickup. Kyle picked up the items I'd contacted him about in addition to a few other misc items for the same originally quoted price. If I ever need something hauled away again I will definitely call him.

The crew showed on time, acted courteously, and didn't cause any damage when doing the work. However, there were several exclusions in the fine print which increased the final price. I wasn't really happy with this.

Outstanding service! They were able to schedule me for exactly when I wanted even though it was only three days after I called, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. I had most everything ready for them in a couple of big piles, but they did have to drag down huge Christmas lighted yard decorations and half a dozen plastic bins full of Christmas lights as well as a few other odds and ends from the attic. They got it all loaded in just over an hour and they left everything neat and tidy.

Kyle was excellent to work with. I have used his service twice. Both times he came out the same day. He called and showed up exactly when he said he would. His prices were fair and reasonable. He and his helper worked quickly, were friendly and professional. I intend on using this service again in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing junk hauled away from their home.

I left a message for Kyle who returned my call in just a few hrs. We made an appt for the very next morning. Kyle did run about 1 1/2 hrs late but called to let me know and ask if that would be okay with me which it was. He looked at the items I needed hauled away and quoted me a price of $180 for the following: 2 side chairs, 2 end tables, an oversized sofa, love seat, chair and ottoman. Kyle and his assistant immediately started and within 10 minutes my items were loaded and they were on their way. They were extremely courteous and careful not to damage walls or floors. I plan on calling Kyle for all future junk hauling.

I bought a coupon but ended up having more debris to haul than the coupon was worth so he quoted me for the extra debris removal on site and started the work after we agreed on a price. It did not take them long to load the truck. Once the job was completed they had me check the area to make sure the job was to my satisfaction. They were very friendly and professional.

Kyle returned request for svc with a call and set a date. He was a little late but had called to let me know about that and that was not a problem. I had my stuff set out and it was picked up in about 15 min or less. Kyle and his assistant were quite nice and I enjoyed working with them and will do so again when needed.

The crew arrived around the time they said they would. They worked quickly, and were it not for a problem with the elevator that was outside of anyone's control, would have had the work done very quickly. Their price was extremely competitive.

Very Well. We ended up with a lot more stuff for him to haul off than originally anticipated, but he was willing to take it all. Very pleased with his work and professionalism. Only negative was he was about an hour late, but did call and let me know about it. All in all, a positive experience.

Service provider was late, however he called to inform me he would be late. Once he arrived he was professional and after noting I had paid for a Big Deal coupon in the past with his company, he informed me he would be unable to accept the coupon. He gave me an estimate for the service requested which I accepted and he performed the service. I am satisfied with the work done.
