Description of Work: Remodeled Kitchen, with tile,hardwood and trim.

Description of Work: This person does sloppy work, frequently does not show up,and generally has a bad attitude. I had various work done in my home including installing crown mouldings, painting and changing electric outlets and switches. Ken Mills, the handyman, put up crown moldings on my ceilings. When he took down the existing cabinet moulding, he left numerous nails all over the floor. He did not caulk the various nail holes on the new moulding nor did he putty the seams. I had to hire anothr person to go behind him to complete these items at additional expense. At least 4 different persons have told me how sloppy the work was done and how bad it looks. I basically had to threaten him to complete the final wall (he was already paid for all his work) which was a mistake on my part since it was done so badly. He would frequently not show up and would not call. He also would leave early when he worked saying he was going to lunch and then never returning. When I had him change out electric outlets and light switches, I returned home after dark to find that he had left the power off, outlets scattered all over the floor and a light switch with the cover removed and lines dangling going to the back door - a potentially serious problem. When I called him at home to ask what he had done and where was the electric outlet box - he bacame angry and did not show up to complete the task. I again hired another person to finish the project. A week later, he called and said he would be coming over to do the outlets, When I informed him that it was completed, he again was upset.
