Very courtious, on time daily and exceeded my expectations and schedule. Would hire him in the future for other jobs.

This person started off good but as the weeks went by - it became harder and harder to get him to complete the jobs. As stated, he would not show up nor call that he wasn't coming and would leave early when he did show up. His attitude became very bad and negative when I complained about the lack of progress in the jobs. He would start a job and then mid-way would start another one. All-in-all, the experience was unpleasant and a person I will not again use.
