Webster's Tree Service

Mr Webster came out Thursday before 4th of July and provided a quote for trimming up some Elm trees on our property that had a lot of deadwood along with trimming up of low limbs and some minor deadwood in a treeline (~30 yards long). He arrived that evening was very congenial and professional, provided the quote, and indicated he could get to the job either the following Monday or Tuesday. His team came on property Tuesday July 8th and did a great job of trimming up the trees. There was a little bit of a delay getting started until Mr. Webster arrived from another job that morning however once they got going the job was done very quickly taking about 5 hours in total from start to finish. After the job the Elms look great - nicely shaped and arched. The team trimmed sucker growth off the low parts of adjacent trees and cleaned out the deadwood. They chipped up the limbs after they were done and raked up the area to remove residual leaves and twigs, then blew off the driveway. We really appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves. A very well done job for an excellent price. Two other companies quoted me >$1000 for the same work and told me they couldn't get to our job for 4-6 weeks. Mr. Webster's joviality and quick professional service are priceless! I'd have his team back to work on our property any time.

I called Websters one afternoon and Joe came out later that evening and gave me an estimate. They returned the next morning and did a great job removing the tree, cutting it up and carrying the wood to the backyard. They all were friendly and professional, and the price was right. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree service.

Work was started on the day promised. I had 2 large oaks cut down. Both were very old and one was over 70 feet tall. The third tree in front yard was not as large. They started on o Tuesday and were done by Thursday. Joe Webster was very safe and did excellent work. Oswald and Allen came early and stayed later just to clean up and get ready for the next days work. Stump bringing and clean up was excellent. It rained very hard the night before the last day to work. Even with it being wet, my yard was not hurt too bad.

He did a good job, I was happy with him and he was a very nice guy. Even had a worker come back to mow.

He had come to my home and looked everything over before he called so he had everything he needed to make a plan and give me a price. He came to the house the following day and got the work done in less than an hour (which I thought was pretty amazing) The area he worked in was neat and clean when he left. I would definitely use him again in the future. My next door neighbor was so impressed with his work that he requested his contact information which I shared with him.

It was a fairly tight squeeze to access the tree because it was between my house and the neighbors. They did a great job and cleaned everything up. It was as if the tree was never there. I was very happy and it was worth the money spent.

They were excellent. Unlike many other tree services around town, they responded promptly to my inquiry and completed the job quickly. Best of all, the price was a steal. I will definitely be using Websters again in the future and highly recommend them to anybody!

Fantastic! Immediate response to my call. Showed up the next day at 8 am ready to work. They were finished by 1 pm. Everything was done so well and left very tidy. They were kind enough to remove several bushes for me at no extra charge. Two of the trees were close to the deck, house and electric lines, another was a large dead tree and the fourth was a cedar that had started to split and was headed for the electric lines. We are so happy to have found them and will definitely use them again.

They took down a dead Elm Tree in my front yard and removed deadwood from a large Osage Orange (Bodock, Horse Apple, Whatever) in my backyard. They also ground the stump. One worker even fixed my own broken chainsaw when I asked him to look at it. (I wasn't on the crew or anything.... I was working from home that day... and realized my chainsaw was broken.) Old Man Webster* arrived at my house for an estimate within 2 hours of me calling him one Thursday morning. The tree was gone and the work was done by early the next afternoon. (They got started around 9 a.m.) They cleaned up very well. The price was very competitive. Years ago, several services quoted me several hundred dollars more for the same work. I opted not to have it done back then. If Webster had given me the same quotes as those guys from several years ago, I was prepared to get several bids and go for the lowest. If he had been in the bidding back then, that treee would have been gone a long time ago. * He's not really old... I just forgot his first name. He's definitely a cool, genuine, nice, & honest guy...

I contacted Webster's after seeing an Angie's List $400 worth of work for $200 and then checking the reviews. We played a little bit of phone tag, but after that, the service was done. The job was done quickly and professionally. The amazing thing was how everything was left so picked up and cleaned. I, my neighbors and especially my wife were very happy to see the 'eye sore' removed. Webster's did a great job.

I had had trouble getting ANY tree-trimming folks to call me back, but Joe got back right away and was out the next week. He did everything I asked and prided himself on his trimming of a small, ornamental fruit tree. He also was thorough in his cutting down of three trees on the property. I will most definitely use him again.

The first time they were to come out to preview the property it was raining but they didnt call to cancel. They did call 2 days later and came by unexpectedly. When they did come to perform the work I was very pleased with the job they did. I only wish their equipment could have fit through our back gate as I had more stumps to remove.

I decided not to use it. I thought the estimate was 400 dollars, but they said that the job will take 800 dollars. It seems to me that they were using their 199 dollars as a teaser just to get out there with the intent to charge more than the 400 bucks.

Webster returned my call within two days and gave estimate. Was able to start a few days later. Agreed to remove old shed and other materials that was crushed by tree for additional charge which helped sway me to use his services. Took two days to completely finish. After giving estimate, no contract just handshake and did what i had asked.

I would give Websters tree service a A+, they did a great job, and for a fair price!!!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal offer: $199 for $400 worth of service. As a new homeowner with a cedar tree I'm highly allergic to, the tree needed to go as quickly as possible. There were other bushes around it that needed to be removed, too. The company owner came out to give me an estimate of what could be removed for $400. He assured me that he could remove the cedar tree and honeysuckle bush growing behind it for that price. We scheduled the work for a weekday. (He also noted that it was very important that I remove an extremely large, tall, lopsided evergreen tree in my front yard, but I can't afford it at the moment.) I came home that night and, voila, the cedar tree was gone! I chose to grind the stump, and except for the chips there was no trace of the cedar tree. Every scrap was gone. The honeysuckle bush was still there, however. I'm not sure why they didn't remove that, too, but I assumed it was because of time or budget constraints. I should have followed up to find out why, but I was traveling and it fell off my radar. The company owner should have taken the initiative to let me know why we diverting from the plan, however, so I wouldn't be surprised when I got home. They get A scores from me for showing up on time and being responsive to my calls for arranging the work. They get an A score for the price (because of the Big Deal). They get Bs for quality and professionalism because of lingering questions about the bush that was not removed. I probably won't use this particular company in the future?although when it came down to what they did, remove the tree, they did that very well.

AWESOME SERVICE !!! I requested a quote for the tree removal. Mr. Webster called me and we arranged for him to visit the property. At the time of visit we negotiated the price and set up a schedule for the work, two days later. As scheduled, Mr. Webster and crew arrived first thing in the morning and began working. They worked till late afternoon that day and finished early next day. Mr. Webster and his crew were very professional, detailed and most of all, cared about the customer's needs. This Company is the BEST in tha area. I will not hesitate to call next time I need work done in the yard. Thanks so much and job well done!!

Wonderful!!! Such a great company and people to work with. From the time the first phone call happened until it was all done it was a great experience. They showed up early and got started right away. The guys were nice and friendly and fast. Even when it started raining they kept on working until done. A log bounced and hit our mailbox and dented it. Next thing we know the owners wife is showing up with a new mailbox for us and she sat there and put the new numbers on it for us and everything. One of our boards to our fence also got split when they were putting them back up and they came back the next day with all new boards to fix it and you would never know anything happened. Such a great experience and we have told everyone about them!!!!!

.We had quite a bit a tree work done. Most, extremely close to our house and power lines. We had to have a tree removed. Mr. Webster came out and gave me an estimate on the work. Extremely nice. We agreed on a price, shook on it and the next morning, they began work on my trees. They were extremely professional. Made sure I was happy with the job they had done. Completely cleaned up after themselves. Even offered me a sandwich for lunch. I will definitely use them again.

The cost of the job was $600. The initial $200 was from the Angie?s Big Deal, which covered the front of my house and the $400 was for the back where the most of the work was, for I had trees hanging over my roof. Mr. Webster had the job done by the time I came home from work and was very kind and friendly. If I need further work on my trees in the future, I would definitely call Webster Tree Service first.

Went well. Trees professionally trimmed. Excellent clean up.

They arranged to see what work needed to be done twice and they did not show up or call either time. The guy would not let me speak after the second time and he hung up on me.

I didn't choose to have them do the work because of very high price and unprofessional manner.

I purchased a coupon for their service and when they came out they said the amount of the coupon would not buy any service. I just wanted a simple job done and they would not just take those down.
