It turned out fine.

I took the Angie's List offer for $400.00 of tree service for $199.00. Frank was very hard to pin down as far as the date he would come which, in the beginning was fine with me. I paid for the service in May, he came in July. I wanted him to come in June. I would call and he would say, sure, within the next few days. When he finally went to my house to look at the tree I wanted trimmed, he explained it was bush and he did not do bushes, he does trees. And the service would cost me an extra $50.00. He suggested several times that I contact Angie's list and get my money back. I kept calling him and he finally came and did the work on a Saturday about 6 pm. The work was satisfactory and the clean up terrific. Mr. Webster stated he is self-employed and has no employees but he brought someone with him to perform the clean-up. If I had actual tree work and the job was worth significantly more than $200.00, my instincts tell me Mr. Webster would have been very attentive to my request. Because I was "so patient" he ended up not charging the additional $50.00. My credit card was charged in May but he said he was only paid $88.00 of that $200.00 I paid and he wasn't even sure he had received payment yet from Angie's list. Someone else will be trimming my other three holly bushes / trees.

Reachable on the phone, helpful, gave advice, professional, called about coming. Came when he said he would. Felt like he would do reliable work for a reasonable price. Dependable.

Webster's Tree Service could not have done a better job. I needed 3 trees removed, a couple of stumps grinded and another tree trimmed. I knew it would be expensive but it's a small price to pay to keep trees from falling on your house. I got 2 estimates (the other company was Davey) and Webster was a little higher but I really liked the owner. He's a bit rough around the edges as another person mentioned, but he has a great personality and sense of humor and, more importantly, he knows trees and is on-site for every job. He agreed to match the price of the other estimate and we moved forward. The project took about 1.5 days. When I got home from work the last day, they had not only cleaned up after themselves, they had also done extra free work AND cleaned up way more than just the mess that was made. They swept and cleaned up my entire driveway even though they really only worked around 1/2 of it. They cut off some dead tree limbs on at least 3 other trees at no charge as well. I couldn't believe it. They also left me a good amount of pre-cut firewood, perfectly stacked by my fence and hauled off everything else. A+ service, response and speed. Truly. You will do yourself a disservice if you don't call these guys for an estimate. I'm already saving money to hire them to do some other work later this Spring! Do not look for the cheapest option when it comes to tree service. This is a dangerous job and you want someone that has experience (and insurance) and the proper equipment to deal with large trees that can easily crush your home with the slightest mistake. Webster Tree Service is the perfect combo of fair price & quality service and they will go above and beyond for you.

My experience with the quote process with Webster's Tree Service Company was fine. They were quick. They were very punctual. They were extremely professional. I would consider working with them in the future.

They were good. The price was fair for what they did. They came when they said they were going to come and they did what they said they needed to do. There were a couple of places where we pointed out about cutting back the branches and they did that. They were excellent about cleaning up after themselves.

I was very pleased, and I was very impressed with the equipment he brought. He had a truck with a bucket so that he could get to the very highest parts, which is what I was concerned for. He seemed to know about the tree, and he advised that I fertilize it and that I should use a bush fertilizer for this type of tree.

Mr. Webster is a little rough around the edges but so is my husband. And I do NOT like smiley faced salesman to my face and then have to clean up after them. I don't mind salesman to be nice but do not mess with my intelligence!!! As long as the job is done and the price matches the work and materials I don't care about rough around the edges; just professionalism and honesty and work well done.

Arrived on time. Did a good job and ground the stumps so that a new lawn could be started immediately. I was very happy with the result.
