RHV Lawn Care

Called to get an estimate. Call went to voicemail. Got a prompt call back from Mag. Visited with him about what I needed done and let him know that I wanted an estimate before the work was to be started. He assured me that he would call me that evening - even asked me how late he could call. He told me that if he didn't call that evening that he would call me by and quot;this same time tomorrowand quot; - ie. 24 hours. That would have been Wednesday by 1pm. I realized after hanging up that I had not given him the address although he had written down my phone number. I immediately called him back - it went to voicemail again but I left the required information for him. It is now Friday evening about 7pm and I have not gotten a call back. UPDATE: I finally got a call back with an estimate - of course, this call was suppose to come in by Wednesday of last week and it is now Tuesday! But he did call back - better late than never!

We are between houses, having bought one but not sold the other. Our lawnmower died and while finding someone to repair it, I searched Angie's List to find a business that would cut the yards in both Donelson and Inglewood. Mag called back very quickly and offered me a price that was very reasonable. After I saw what the yards looked like, I considered the price an absolute bargain. He mows, edges and blows the driveways clean at both houses. It always looks amazing. He is professional and courteous and friendly. His work has slowed the process of getting the mower fixed, since I know that I can't make the yard look as good as it does when he cuts it.

I cannot say enough great comments about RHV Lawn Care. Mag came out to my house and gave me an honest estimate. He and his team were here on the date we agreed on. They weeded all my beds and cleaned them up. Trimmed all bushes including my Crape Myrtle Trees. They added fresh mulch to all beds in the yard and around the house. They went to great lengths to please us and were very willing and pleasant to do what ever we asked them to do. I was very impressed with the job they did and recommend them to everybody.

Moreover, he was prompt and courteous. Prior to doing the job he met me at my house to go over the actual job. I appreciate this because I work 12 hour shifts; in the past I have asked other lawn and yardwork services to trim and clean up the area with poor results: they removed expensive bushes and hedges. I would recommend him highly and I plan on using his services again.

This crew showed up within 2 hours after another contractor failed to start the job 3 days in a row. They provided an estimate on the spot and began working the same day. They returned each day until the job was complete. This is the second time I have hired this company - once before for fall cleanup and leave removal. Again, with very satisfactory results.
