They were kind, communicated well, and took the extra time necessary to finish the work same day. There was an issue that arose after they left and they were quick to call me back, didn't leave me hanging, and came back and make it right. I couldn't be happier with their care, responsiveness, and quality of work. I'll definitely call them again.

great folks arrived on time and made excellent repair

This company is too expensive for the quality of work that they provide. The entire job was finished under 3 hours including approx 30 minutes trip to the supply store. The mortar around the hose spigot was removed and a glob of silicone was used to secure the hose spigot to the surrounding brick( i wonder how long that will last). Also, the new water lines installed wraps around the electrical which is very sloppy (I was told by several people). I haven't had the opportunity to check the work done under the house, for the house shutoff valve, yet. Plus, he did not clean up his debris.

I emailed the company about my problem and within 30 minutes received a phone call from their office. The lady that I spoke with answered all of my questions (that could be answered by phone) and promptly set me up for a free estimate. The guys came out, gave me a estimate and then said that they could repair the problem that day, which was great seeing as it was already past 4pm. The estimate was good so I had them proceed with the repairs. While replacing the pipes, he found that their was a pipe that did not need to be replaced. He had quoted the cost of replacing that pipe in the original estimate. It ended up being cheaper by $100 than the original estimate. He could have easily not said a word. I appreciate honesty and good customer service and I will definitely use them from now on for all of my plumbing needs.

They did not build according to local codes as reported by Williamson County on 5/16/2014: 1. They did not drain my new hot water tank to the exterior. 2. They did not provide an expansion tank for the new hot water heater. 3. They did not provide proper gaps between the hot water tank and combustible materials. 4. They removed an existing shower drain when connecting new laundry plumbing to the line and did not replace the shower drain. 5. The inspector is not certain that proper nail plates were installed at plumbing because the GC had the work covered by drywall before it could be inspected. 6. No air hammers were installed in laundry or kitchen. 7. They did not install a studor vent at the kitchen plumbing. 8. The dishwasher was hooked up to cold water instead of hot. 9. The dishwasher needs a high loop drain. 10. The dishwasher needs and air hammer. 11. The dishwasher needs it's own cut off valve. 12. Vents are not properly installed at roof. 13. PVC lines are not properly supported. 14. Unused plumbing was not removed from the crawl space. They also connected the laundry drain to existing shower plumbing and did not cap it off. So when I washed clothes water was draining directly into my crawl space. I called the owner to discuss this and he was threatening and denying that this was his fault.
