 + -1 moreSubs were inferior including painters, tile installers. J installed a metal roof after assuring me he had the experience. It's been leaking for since a month after I moved in, three years ago. He came out and slapped on some black roofing sealant, caulked around rivets, etc. but did not fix problem.
Description of Work: Built house and did some of the installations himself and used some subs.

 + 0 moreThe whole experience was great, from start to finish. The workers were very courteous and left the workspace very clean and orderly in the evenings (the work took about 4 consecutive days). I will definitely call ProNet the next time I need painting work done.
Description of Work: -Repair and touch-up painting of upper hallway ceiling (our attic a/c unit had malfunctioned, sending a few gallons of water under the unit and down through the floor). -Repair of drywall tape seams & water marks in master bath -Painting of master bedroom and bath walls and ceiling -Drywall repair: Repair tape seam on bonus room ceiling -Painting of bonus room ceiling and walls
