Precision House Cleaning Services

Precision House Cleaning owner (Belinda) met us in home to review a proposal for housekeeping services. She arrived a few minutes late but did send a text to notify of the late arrival. Did not provide any brochures or documents or business card either upon arrival or during the course of the 30 minute visit. Since background information or any type of "pitch" was not forthcoming I proceeded to ask a series of background questions to understand the service. I asked basic questions like how many employees do you have, how many customers, are you licensed or bonded, will the same person be cleaning my house each week, who provides the supplies, confirm that you're an independent contractor and withhold taxes, etc. All of these were answered satisfactorily. We then toured the house and she quoted a very reasonable price of $80/week. There was discussion about twice a week and whether or not that would be the same rate, etc. In the end I had to ask for her email address so I could follow up and request copies of license and bonding and other normal communication between a vendor and a potential client. The following day I sent an email requesting business license and proof of insurance and 3 current references. No response. I sent a follow up text on Friday August 1st with no response. In conclusion I will not be using this vendor for service due to non responsiveness.
