Great work will use again

I puirchased the service through Angie's List for a great price. I was contacted by Outdoor Prowash quickly and the service performed when scheduled. I am very pleased with the whole transaction.

I first hired George Clark and his company, Outdoor ProWash, over ten years ago. I have continued to hire him to service my property at least twice a year because he always does an excellent job. He carries extra tall ladders on his truck, which is a requirement for the 2 buildings on my commercial property. I consider what he does to be somewhat dangerous because he has to climb some very tall ladders and, on when I hire him to clean the leaves out of the gutters, he has to get up on the roof, which is steep. But, he is a professional and makes it look easy! He's also honest and fair with regard to his fees. Highly recommended!

It worked out fine as far as getting everything done. I think five days later the stuff seeped through. It wasn't anything that they had expected. The job they did was fine.

Great company to deal with. We have a rental house and it was covered in mildew. I purchased a Deal for the cleaning. After cleaning, it looks like brand new. Very responsive, friendly, professional. Great communication - I wasn't at the house when they cleaned it and they called to let me know they were there and about to do the work. I went over about a week later to check it out and they had done a very nice job.

The initial visit I was unable to be present for so I advised it would be fine to come out and pressure wash the home while I was at work. The initial phone call was good and George seemed to be easy to deal with. The day I returned home It was a bit dark but I was able to look around the house and notice my from door still was covered in dirt, the porch overhang still had cobwebs and dirt along the ceiling line. I contacted George the next day simply assuming this was a oversight by a employee and asked if he was present, which he stated he was. George said "I must have just missed it". I awaited for another visit to have this completed but in the meantime was looking around the house the following day and noticed discoloration in my siding in multiple locations that seemed to be in a sweeping pattern which led me to believe it was from the pressure washer. (please note I'm no expert) I contacted George again and asked if any damage was caused as it looked like areas had been painted over to cover up damage. George informed me "it must have been there before and the washing just exposed it". I'm not sure how any of that happened and of course no way to prove this occurred from the visit as I was not there. Upon George's second visit to correct the missing areas I asked if the porch had been pressure washed as this was something he had told me would be done on the first visit which at the time I was very happy about as I am trying to prepare my home for sale. He stated it had but some stains he could not get out and also stated that the back patio and driveway could use the work. He advised he could do it for a additional fee which I was dumb enough to agree to. He stated spots were from battery acid, clay etc. I have never had a battery leak on my driveway or porch and i do not have red clay in the area. Seeing as I am from Georgia I am very familiar with red clay. I sent a text to George today with photos of the difference between the color of my porch and driveway.... which are connected 1 being white and the other being brown and asked if he had done the porch. George informed me he had but could not get it clean as it would take a "special restoration technique". In other words... I'll need more money. I asked where the Red clay would have come from and why the porch was brown. His response "I don't know where it came from, could be rust or acid I'm no geologist or scientist so I can't say for sure maybe someone walked on it after I cleaned it". Needless to say that this point I felt that he was just being rude so I ended the conversation there. In closing..... Buy your own pressure washer, hand clean and or do whatever is necessary but I would not recommend this company. I feel I was patient and willing to wait for the completion of the job but this was simply unacceptable and to be rude to end it off it just unnecessary. If he could not do the job or was unwilling to upfront honesty would have been preferred. I am not difficult to deal with by any means this service was just bad!

Awesome. We set up the date via email and the work was done while I was at work. I came home to a nicely washed house. They did a great job.

They did a great job! In fact, I completely forgot that they were coming out, and either that night or the next night, I parked my car and thought, man, the vinyl siding looks really clean... and then remembered that they came and cleaned the house. It looked great!

George did an outstanding job. He power washed the house, driveway, sidewalks and rear deck. He also cleaned and treated the roof for mildew streaks (the roof looks like new). We will use him again in the future and will recommend him to family & friends.

Excellent communication through Angie's List messenger. Showed up on the day they said they would and did an excellent job. My house looks a thousand times better after the pressure wash. For the past 2 weeks I had been doing major projects in the back yard and hadn't realized that a piece of siding was coming off on the side of the house. The technician (George) pulled a ladder from his truck and fixed it for me without me asking him to and without charging me anything extra. He was very polite, super nice and did a great job. I would highly recommend ProWash LLC to anyone looking for this type of service.

I was contacted immediately, via Angie's List, to schedule service after completion of purchase. George was willing to work with my schedule and even worked around my delay in passing along my phone number. Service was prompt, thorough, and high quality. I would recommend this service to anyone who would listen.

It turned out all right. It took them one day to do the job on our 2 story home. I wasn't at home at the time but when I got home, it was done and done well.

Responded quickly to all messages and phone calls. Showed up when they said they would. House looks great!

They responded to my initial inquiry within a couple of hours. I sent a couple pictures and we quickly agreed on a price. Service was scheduled for the following week. They called with a 1-hour notice on the day of service and quickly got to work. It took about 1.25 hours and they did a really, really nice job. He went back over a couple areas several times to get off all the grime that had built up, and was careful to avoid my nearby garden, but then watered my garden for me, saving me a chore I was dreading! Thank you!!

They were a bit late but let me know ahead of time. My house is white painted brick and really needed a good washing which they did... My house looks so clean and bright now! It took only about an hour which surprised me because I thought it would take longer.

It went extremely well. Siding looks fantastic. Well worth the price!

They came @ the "Time-Table" specified, when we spoke a couple of days ago - I had (unexpectedly) a meeting to attend-! I have NO idea, when this Brick house, w/ a "Stone" foundation had been previously washed. It needed it. I had tried for the last 2 years to remove the mold from the bottom Stone part, but it just didn't get "all that CLEAN"-! AND, YES, it is, NOW-! YAY-!!! I'll admit I have no clue WHAT was used to get it looking so nice, but was assured it would NOT kill off all the nearby vegetation, about which I was a little worried-! (Although I do have some I WOULD like to get rid of-!) Oh, well... They were Professional, timely, and VERY nice-! At SOME time, in the Future, I'd really like to actually Paint my Red-Brick house WHITE, but that's a pretty "Pricey" job, and not at ALL in "motion" at this point - BUT, before I'd do that, I'd hire them to do another "Wash" first, so the Paint job would be pristine, as well-! I got this company off of Angie's list. I called to set up an appointment for an estimate. He gave me an estimate over the phone. I asked a few questions that he would not answer. I spoke to him on a wednesday and my appointment was for the following monday. He could no give me a time that he would be here. I called and left a message on Thursday to set a time that he would be here on Monday. He did not call me back. I called Monday morning to cancel the service due to the unprofessionalism. He was going to try and charge me a $65.00 cancellation fee. I refused to pay. I feel that George Clarke was very unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend.

Did a great job removing all the mold from the house. 2 years later it still looks great.

We recently moved into our home, which had been vacant for quite a while. Unfortunately, the outdoor maintenance on the house had been discontinued. We contacted Roof Restore for gutter cleaning in December. The estimate was very reasonable and the service was completed very quickly. In mid-February, we contacted George at Roof Restore again to have our house / patio / driveway power washed. Again, everything was completed very quickly. We could not be happier with the quality of service we have received. The outside of our home was in terrible condition and we are thankful to have received such wonderful service. We have recommended Roof Restore to our neighbors as well.
