"This person has an unusual name. It is a phrase that could be derogatory towards police officers. I asked for confirmation or the real name. I was harassed on social media after this encounter by people with fake profiles after this person shared a screen shot of my email. This person posted using language to incite reaction from her friends . Either way we need the home owner's permission to work on the property. This person was clearly not the home owner."

"The spots were already there. We just exposed them like if you washed your car and found a new scratch or dent. Because it wasn't there last time means it happened sometime in between. Sounds like the customer doesn't know if they can believe us or not and I totally understand. I was on site and we took lots of before and after pictures which I reviewed at the job site and found the spots already existed. The customer seemed to believe us at the time. I certainly appreciate the review and the customer putting this info on here as they see it because it is accurate and the customer only had our explanation to go on. The only other time this had happened was when a home owner had sprayed bug spray on the home that was not intended for that use on those types of materials."

In cases where you live in a neighborhood with 1/4 acre lots and your house is close to the street, driveway and sidewalk cleaning goes really well with our soft wash house washing package and is really cheap to add since we are already on site. Do it while we are already there can save up to $200. Thanks again. George"
He emailed me and one of the points in his long email was he forgot the size of my house. I emailed him back that it seemed like a nickel and dime approach to doing work. I asked for a refund.
He emailed me again and said he would only give me $100 back because he was keeping $50 for the trip here.
As of 10/24/15, no refund of any kind. Based upon this result and other difficulties finding contractors I need on Angie's list, wondering if it's worth it. If I hired someone from one of the other online services, I would not have $149 held ransom.
Have discontinued using Angie's list. Both the supplier and Angie's list are a ripoff.
In response to his response.NO FOLLOW-UP was ever done by him or Angie's list. NONE! If you take someone's money, you have an obligation to close the service for it. Money was neither earned nor refunded.
I continue to advise against this supplier and you need to collaborate ratings against Angie's list. Notice their current change of policy about guaranteeing work. This is in response to suppliers like this and the frequency of which it occurs.
"We were waiting for customer response as he had been gathering information still. We provided the customer with all of the information he requested and he never made a decision to move forward. He had multiple properties and wanted pricing for multiple projects which would not be covered by the service he bought. That being said we fulfilled all requests in attempt to get him on our schedule. It appears the customer gave up due to his own frustration. The great thing about customer feedback is that we can learn from it so we can do better. I will certainly think about this and try to learn. George"
"We are quick because we invest in systems to increase productivity. Yes windows can spot because we get them wet and sometimes when the water dries it will spot. This doesn't always happens but it is to be expected. I have heard prices are cheaper in Florida. Thanks for your feedback! George"

"This customer was very awesome. We don't really expect great reviews because we are not perfect, but we strive for perfection. To get the A's is really the icing on the cake, but to shake a customers hand and see in their eyes that they know we will do a good job before it has even started is like those little sugary flowers on the cake. We don't require our customers to be home, but in this case the customer decided at the last minute that she was genuine interested in popping in for a minute and meeting the humans behind the whole process.
