He sent an email stating that my name was unusual and that he had a right to know who he was working for and because my name did not show on the property he assumed it was a prank. The last thing I have time for is pranks. I needed our home power washed and wasted time because of the lack of professionalism on their end. Angie's list refunded my money and I did not schedule an appointment with this business.

This person has an unusual name. It is a phrase that could be derogatory towards police officers. I asked for confirmation or the real name. I was harassed on social media after this encounter by people with fake profiles after this person shared a screen shot of my email. This person posted using language to incite reaction from her friends . Either way we need the home owner's permission to work on the property. This person was clearly not the home owner.

They arrived when promised, and cleaned off all the "gunk" on the house. All the mold, dirt, and pest control spraying stains were gone! I would definitely use them again.

The service was to power wash the house. Unfortunately I didn't completely read the entire description and soon realized that the $240 power washing service was for a limited a mount of square footage; that meant only the back of my house. I don't recall the fee to do the remainder of the house but is was over $300. As far as quality of work it was phenomenal. There was black spots which were completely removed. My wife was completely satisfied. The service was punctual which was truly appreciated. I will consider using this service again but cost will be a major consideration.

We are very happy with the results.
Description of Work: They washed the exterior of our two story brick home, we didn't want any of the window trim paint or dormer paint to be pressure washed off, so the soft wash worked our very well. We're very happy with the results, the young man who did the job was very friendly and helpful, as well as being on time. We will call them again next time.

Paid $149 for a "special deal" house washing. During the scheduling process, the provider contacted me and said the square footage of my house was over the 1500 square foot offered in the special deal. I agreed to another $100 for a total of $250. When he got to my house the morning of the work, he said it would be another $100 for $350. At that point, the amount seemed high to me and I told him to forget it. He emailed me and one of the points in his long email was he forgot the size of my house. I emailed him back that it seemed like a nickel and dime approach to doing work. I asked for a refund. He emailed me again and said he would only give me $100 back because he was keeping $50 for the trip here. As of 10/24/15, no refund of any kind. Based upon this result and other difficulties finding contractors I need on Angie's list, wondering if it's worth it. If I hired someone from one of the other online services, I would not have $149 held ransom.

The home owner appeared to be agitated upon our arrival. I thought maybe he had just woke up. I did my usually greeting (my helper is immediately rolling out our hoses) and I looked over at the shop and said, Hey, would you like to add that for $99? He said no it should be included with the house. I said well no it is not a part of the house, but we can do just the house if you want. This is when he calmly said no and if we won't do the shop and house for same price he would like a refund. I told him go online to Angie's list and request a refund. Home owner was much more agitated at this point and felt felt I should not say anything else to him. I turned and told my helper to roll up the hoses we were leaving. My helper had a confused look on his face as if he didn't hear the conversation where I had to repeat to him my instructions. Here is the conversation leading up to and after the visit, "Outdoor ProWash LLC9/16/2015 Hey ******, I think i got a voice mail from you. We did some work in the past. Just to firm things up, you have a 1,500 square foot house washing package you purchased which is a $300 package. You need the 2,000 sf package which is the $400 package. We normally just upgrade you for the difference which is $100 due at time of service. Our next available is Friday the 18th of this week. I just need to confirm the amount due and date, does this work for you? George ************9/19/2015 George. Sorry it has taken me so long to respond. $250 total is OK. Let me know when you can do it. Thanks. ********* Outdoor ProWash LLC9/20/2015 No problem. I am usually the one who does that. :) I have the 30th available. Will that work? You've worked at my house before. When I signed up for the $150 special from Angie's list, you said it would be an additional $100,which I agreed to. How you could assume that the shop building wasn't included, having seen and worked at the house before, is beyond me. So to suggest the shop wasn't included and it would be another $99 when you arrived, was wrong or a mistake on your part. What I'm suspicious of is a way of doing business, the "nickel and dime" approach. Quote low, rely on extras. What I do remember about last time is the work was good and that you did some additional work for an additional charge. I understand if you are the type of person who never wants to leave money on the table, but it is not a sustainable way to have relationships with other people because they will always barely get by or come up short when dealing in such a vacuum. As I grow older I come to realize that my happiness will hinge on my ability to maintain good relationships with people. You would have been getting a $500 service for only $350. That is likely the price I quoted you before because I have to be consistent in order to earn your trust because it is valuable to me. I have done work for you and always strive to do my best. I also have stuck my foot in my mouth many times in my lifetime and I know how it feels. I do believe in repairing relationships when I feel it will add value and in your case I would be willing to return with adding $50 for the trip which is one hundred dollars less than I should charge. Either way I am about adding value to people and I know you will enjoy having a clean house. Take care for now! Multiple attempts to schedule cleaning. Never would perform the work. Worse, Angie's list was no help in returning funds. Have discontinued using Angie's list. Both the supplier and Angie's list are a ripoff. In response to his response.NO FOLLOW-UP was ever done by him or Angie's list. NONE! If you take someone's money, you have an obligation to close the service for it. Money was neither earned nor refunded. I continue to advise against this supplier and you need to collaborate ratings against Angie's list. Notice their current change of policy about guaranteeing work. This is in response to suppliers like this and the frequency of which it occurs.

We were waiting for customer response as he had been gathering information still. We provided the customer with all of the information he requested and he never made a decision to move forward. He had multiple properties and wanted pricing for multiple projects which would not be covered by the service he bought. That being said we fulfilled all requests in attempt to get him on our schedule. It appears the customer gave up due to his own frustration. This customer was very awesome. We don't really expect great reviews because we are not perfect, but we strive for perfection. To get the A's is really the icing on the cake, but to shake a customers hand and see in their eyes that they know we will do a good job before it has even started is like those little sugary flowers on the cake. We don't require our customers to be home, but in this case the customer decided at the last minute that she was genuine interested in popping in for a minute and meeting the humans behind the whole process. It did not go at all. They did not show up and performed no service for me whatsoever.
Description of Work: The company never showed up. They sent me a message the day they were scheduled to pressure wash my house. It said that they could not get their house washing truck up my driveway. The message was short and emphatic. I received it through the Angie's List website on August 14th. Here it is. "Hi Alan, We can't get our truck in there. Thanks, Outdoor ProWash LLC" That was the entire message. I used to heat with propane and a large 2.5 ton propane truck made it up my driveway on a regular basis. I assumed that Outdoor ProWash LLC must have a very large truck. In any case, the company did not wash my house. I am sending in a request for a refund from Angie's List. Sincerely, Alan Jones

We sent a message hoping for a response. He never responded so further communication would be pointless. We sent the message from the road in front of his driveway that leads through a creek and has deep ruts in it. Our truck sits low to the ground and we can't risk damaging our truck. Our only way to contact him was through the message center bease othere contact ino was not provided. Customer was nonresponsive there was nothing more we could have done. George

It was very easy to schedule an appointment, and they came promptly on the date scheduled. They were very careful and respectful of my flower beds while they washed the vinyl siding. The house looks brighter and cleaner from the street view. I like this company because they do a very thorough job of cleaning, yet the force of the pressure is controlled so that there isn't any risk of damage to the vinyl siding. The think the price for the amount of work done was reasonable, and the company made it easy for me to cross this item off my "to-do" list by offering a discount and making it easy for me to schedule the work. A very good experience over all.

Thank you! Many home owners are not present during the cleaning. This is a case where the home owner actually got a peek at what really happens. She was able to see the workings of having the proper equipment. Having professional equipment is a big part of producing a quality job. I believe this home owner was seeing how our guys can conveniently turn the already limited pressure down right at the end of the hose. There is an expense to being set up this way, but we believe the smaller things can mean as much as the bigger things to many people. I am truly amazed that someone noticed this and posted it in a review after 11 years of doing it this way. Thanks to Angie's List for providing the platform to make these things happen. George

Provider was very responsive and showed at the time specified. There wasn't much to clean as far as the siding of the home went, but I mainly wanted to cobwebs knocked off. The home looked cleaner than before, but there were still a few cobwebs around that I wished had gotten knocked off. Overall though, the job was performed well.

George did an outstanding job! And mostly did it while raining outside! Not the best of days to power wash but he persevered and our home looks so much cleaner, the driveway is like new, and the pool house is perfect. He did a great job and we would highly recommend him! I never used this company because the owner was condescending and unprofessional. He arrived at my house, not calling in advance (he failed to get my phone number). Looking out the window at the time scheduled, I saw his truck in the driveway. By the time I got downstairs and outside to greet him, he had already gone. I called him immediately, and he said since I wasn't home he had left. I asked if he could return, and he replied that he was busy, and I would have to pay a $25 fee to reschedule. Over an exchange of emails, I found him to be rude and disrespectful, appearing to have no interest in what his customer thought or had to say. I would never use any company owned by this man...no matter how good the deal.

This was posted earlier and then deleted re-posted for some reason. I had already addressed this and before the lady called me arrogant. I remember because I googled the definition of arrogant. I knew what it meant, but still gained a bit more. Here is my response once again. I am one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Unfortunately we didn't meet. I built my business model based on long term customer relations. We were there, set up all of our hoses, after 5 min your dog came to the door as if there was movement inside, we enjoyed looking at your cute dog through the back door and were in high spirits ready to work, my tech and I talked for a while waiting in case someone was home or in the shower, I went to front and back doors ringing door bell if present and knocking in case it didn't work (standard protocol), then we put everything away. We were there for a while at least 15 minutes. A normal trip charge is $75-$150 I even discounted that. You said you saw us there (we showed up ready and fully intending to work), yet you didn't come to the door. It isn't my fault and I am very respectful of other people's time to the point we waited as long as we did. UPS, Fedex and Postal service don't wait nearly as long as we did due to logistical reasons (busy schedule to keep). I sent a message from your driveway before I left. We didn't have approval to begin work in your absence. You never requested CBG (a call before going) nor did you provide us with a phone number. I think I remember just knowing you would be home no matter what. Some people don't give out their phone number since we communicate mostly through email or alternate means. We had no way of knowing you were home after our long wait ( try standing at someones door for 15 minutes, it can be awkward and feel like an eternity). We didn't just speed off so we could miss you. Its no big deal. Add $65 and we could be back in a few weeks. You call me names out of anger. Sorry, but I don't know what I could have done better, but we could not make extra trips out for these deeply discounted services at the time. I was very nice about how I presented myself to you. You just didn't like the idea of paying more, I see that now. George

I purchased a coupon from another site for this company, paying $185 for a gutter cleaning and house power washing (1,500 sq. ft. house). My house is a larger size, so I expected some extra charges. I received a quote for $2,300, which would have cost me $1,930 over the coupon value. If you have a job that might add charges beyond the coupon, be careful. I went with another company that charged so much less that this estimate became even more ridiculous.

This person purchased a house wash and gutter cleaning for a 1500 SF house (a $600 value) for $185 from a website I use to give affordable prices to people less fortunate. This is one way I try to give back. The home owner's house is 7000 SF and is 3 stories high. The price was to clean out all the gutters and the entire exterior. My price is based on the size of the home which directly impacts the cost to clean the exterior of the home within a certain margin. I am glad this person found a better fit for his need, but this review in no way should legitimately imply that there is no need for for the level of service and peace of mind that I provide. There are many reasons why a competitor could charge a cheaper price and they are not always in the best interest of the home owner. I purchased the service on March 18th, 2015 through Angie's list, it was listed as the deal of the week. I included in my purchase three possible dates for the service as required. I called multiple to schedule the service and left multiple voice mails. I really wanted to be present while they perform the work. Finally somebody contacted me by email and mentioned that their schedule was full and the only appointment available was on April 1st 2015. I wrote to them asking to contact me when they arrive to my home, they were supposed to be in the afternoon. They called on April 1s at 4:00pm to let me know that they could not do the work and that they need to re-schedule. I asked for an exact date, then I got a new email indicating that the job was done. Their service was poor, there were part of my driveways covered on dirt. They mentioned they could not clean part of my driveway because the mulch we placed was creating a dam effect. Well, I was not there to see what the problem was because they canceled the appointment and did not let me know in advance when they were supposed to come.

Here (see below) is the conversation with the customer and the dates. Customer was contacted the day after work was requested. Job was complete within a couple weeks of ordering. We kept communication with customer. We can only do our best and we always strive to do better. In this case the customer expressed a concern which I addressed, customer ceased contact and left a review. We called the customer on our way to the job site and upon completion. There was no answer and I left a message. The (very minor) problem was explained redundantly in messages both in Message center and voice mail. In hindsight I could have been more attentive and followed up, but it has been mad lately and I believed the customer understood the issue was not our fault and assumed they would know to sweep away the dirt once the puddle dried. I may have explained further in the voice message, but I can't remember details from dozens of ongoing conversations, which is why we try to keep it in Message center. It turned out great. They came out two weeks after we purchased it. They showed up and performed all of the services that we discussed. They made the house look nice. It took about three hours for them to do it. They were timely, showed up when they said they would and they did a good job. I would use them again.
Description of Work: Outdoor ProWash did exterior pressure washing on my home. It was a big deal purchase.

Even though I wasn't home, the owner of the company called and said he'd be there soon. When I arrived home later that evening, as far as I could tell, the job was completed. There was a strong smell of some type of detergent. The next morning, I went outside to further inspect it, and was quite pleased to see that the job had been done very well. I would certainly recommend this company to others...and use it again if I feel the need to have more power washing done.

As the owner of the Company I am not a fan of strong smells. In this case it was from cleaning heavy build up on the brick. We recommend annual cleaning to prevent this buildup. Thanks for the feedback and good rating. :) George
