We were very impressed with Trent and his team from start to finish. Trent seemed very knowledgeable, was responsive, and the work was substantial yet still aesthetically pleasing. The initial estimate and final price remained the same, and seemed quite reasonable in our experience with other tree service companies. We'll definitely plan to use them again.

Trent/Hutchison tree service were highly recommended by a friend of mine, and had good Angie's List reviews, so I wanted to get a quote for trimming my 2 bradford pear trees. Thursday 10/25 - I called and spoke to Craig - he took my info, rough estimate for bradford pears was $350-450 per tree. He said Trent would come by top of next week to assess the job and call me with a hard price. By the following Wednesday afternoon 10/31, I hadn't heard from Trent, so I called and left a message on his cell. Said I spoke to Craig last week, he said you'd be out top of this week, I wanted to make sure to get your quote, trying to decide in the next few days. Left my cell # for a return call and never received a response.

Trent and his team came to the site and they really listened to all of the instructions that I gave them. I was worried that the person cutting might get hurt if the dead trees lost limbs as they were falling. This is a common cause of injury in this trade as I can attest to from personal experience. Trent made some very careful estimation as he walked around each tree several times. Within minutes he had several ropes up into the trees and began to drop them one by one. He had very modern, expensive and new equipment to finish the job with ease. The job was complete very quickly and cleanup was thorough and as agreed to. There was no guess work or close calls. Tree work can be very dangerous, the insurance is expensive and it should only be done by trained professionals. Many Nashville tree companies are uninsured, do not have proper equipment and use illegal immigrants to cut costs. Many times these immigrants are untrained and get hurt on the job resulting in huge liability to the homeowner. We have seen many such cases go through our court system. Hutchinson tree did a great job.

They came to my rescue. I had a hard time finding a reasonably priced tree service. One day they were in my neighborhood and were willing to do the job for me. What shocked me was the price that they charged for all that they did. Not only was the pricing the best but they did a remarkable job, was very clean and professional. I could not have asked for better service.
