This job of refinishing our hardwood floors was performed efficiently and professionally. Flavio knows his business and was able to recommend colors and finishes that go well with the house furnishings. His suggestion on shoe color looks good. All the floors were sanded smooth, warping eliminated, and a smooth, streakless poly coat applied.

We give Flavio, Andre and their team the highest marks, because they want everything to be right. Flavio spent a lot of time with us explaining the procedures and helping us decide what needed to be accomplished to make our floors look the best. He helped us with the planning and always kept us informed with coordinating the work. We thought his prices were very fair and there were no surprises. Flavio, Andre and their crew did an amazing job on refinishing our hardwood floors. there are many aspects which I need to compliment them on. Flavio was upfront about what he could do with our floors which had several pet urine stains (from previous owner). He and his crew more than exceeded our expectations. The floors are stunning! Throughout the process they communicated with us if they encountered issues with solutions to the issues. The crew came in wearing shirts with their names on them and the company logo which was not only professional but I thought a nice personal touch which made it so helpful when talking with the crew. The crew was very nice to deal with and exceptionally professional. They removed all their debris and cleaned up the work area. They were very hard workers. They finished the job on time just as they said they would. We felt that Flavio and his team were very honest. They were not going to do shoddy work and their pricing was upfront. We were very comfortable with them working on the house because we felt they were going to do a job they were proud of. Overall, you really cannot go wrong with these guys. They are honest, hard working and capable. That's a rare find with contractors.

I'm a pretty picky guy and am rarely 100 percent satisfied with work done by contractors these days, but this crew is exceptional. Very professional, easy to work with, and have done an excellent job installing and finishing floors on a few projects for me, including lacing in some new hardwoods and staining them to match the existing old ones.

The job was done quickly, and looked even better than I had imagined it would. These guys really saved my butt!

Flavio's crew re-used existing floorboards and interlaced new material to patch the floors where walls and heating vents had been moved. Flavio gave us great advice regarding the stain color. He suggested something darker to hide the differences between the materials and the results were excellent. We're extremely satisfied with his work, not to mention his communication and transparency. All in all, a very competent, easy-to-work-with company.

We're very pleased with FGL Flooring and with the results. Flavio gave us a detailed quotation for the work to be done so we could understand what we were paying for. He also suggested some options that other contractors who gave us quotes did not mention, and that lowered our cost and the time to complete the work. He and his crew showed up on time, worked steadily, and finished the job when he said they would. The new floors look great.

Flavio & everyone working with FGL Flooring were wonderful to work with! Some of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen, they even worked on a Saturday to get the floors in! Then we were a little short on wood so we had to order more. As soon as it came in, they were here finishing the job! My family was coming to visit & they really went out of their way to get this done for us!!! The floors are so beautiful, they did an amazing job! I am forever grateful for their hard work & professionalism!!! I would recommend highly & would hire again!!!!
