Flavio and his team were great. Good communication, punctual and got to work fast. We had some wood floors already but wanted to replace the carpet in the downstairs with wood. He took the time to take samples of the existing wood floors to be sure to get the same wood. On the day they started they arrived when they said they would and came in and got right to work. We even got back into our house a day early which was nice. But maybe the most important thing is the floors look awesome! I'll be passing along his name to others that need wood floor work done without hesitation.

This is the second time we have used FGL Flooring for hardwood work. Both times our experience was excellent. Flavio Lima and his crew are courteous, professional and do phenomenal work. They pay extreme attention to detail and to making sure the customer is 100% pleased with the work. Highly recommend FGL Flooring to anyone looking for hardwood work and will definitely use them again in the future. We had 2 bundles of white oak hardwood leftover, and they even bought that back from us.

FGL flooring was an absolute pleasure to work with and our floors are absolutely GORGEOUS! Never could I have imagined that I would be so in love with my new hard wood floors! The process was quick and easy and best of all, there was no clean up involved. They took care of everything! We had a pinhole ice maker leak that went unknown for a long time (maybe months). When we finally realized what happened, it was clear we would need hardwood repair and replacement. From the very start of this job Flavio and his team were very professional and thorough. Flavio lent me his commercial fan to help dry the subfloor.. His crew arrived at the house early and had the job done in less than a day. The work was perfect and the clean-up was spotless. Great job!

FGL Flooring is a great business to hire for installing and refinishing hardwoods. The employees are friendly and professional, and you know you can trust them to do a good job while maintaining a clean work-space. I just moved into my house, and there was a mixture of vinyl, carpet, and existing hardwood throughout the first floor. I wanted to keep the existing hardwood, but refinish it to a different stain, while tearing up the vinyl and carpet. FGL Flooring expertly matched the new hardwood to the existing hardwood, fixed any water damage to the existing hardwood, and installed/stained the entire first floor so that it was impossible to tell that there was mixed flooring to begin with. From time of demolition to time of completion, it took 5 days. They have reasonable prices, and I am definitely going to hire them again to do my stairs.

It was not done. Insurance determined, due to circumstances of roof leak, it was not a covered expense. Could not do this on my own. I would definitely call him again when I’m able to manage the expense.

The work went smoothly, started on time, and ended one day earlier than originally estimated. The FGL management and crew were courteous and professional, and did a great job with our floors.

Flavio and his crew were fantastic. Upfront prices and they did not ask for money in advance. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. The guys took great care in keeping the dust contained, far less than drywall dust. The job foreman, Adrian, helped us with color selection. Flavio updated us daily and made the process easy. He recommended a water based seal to reduce the odor, quicken the dry times, and will not yellow. Paid a small up charge but definitely worth the price. Went with the flush mount, wooden floor vents to match-they look great.

Flavio, Andre, and the whole team were fantastic. They were able to start work right away due to our renovation project time crunch. They installed luxury vinyl plank as well as baseboards and shoe molding in our entire home. Their attention to detail and care for our house during installation was top notch. They are friendly, extremely hard workers, and very skilled at their craft. They have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

I don't always write reviews. But with the number of terrible contractors and home professionals out there that leave you unimpressed, it's incredible to be able to leave this review. Flavio and his team were exceptional!!!! The attention to detail is something I notice every day. When we wanted to potentially change the flooring colors, Flavio gave honest advice that turned out to be exactly the right advice! His team was efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We were only out of the house two days! I'm so glad we called FGL Flooring!!! I'm sure to call them if I ever need anything else! If you use anyone else, it's a mistake. Thanks Flavio!
