He worked slowly and steady apologized for taking so long. My refrigerator stopped working he showed me that the compressor was fine. it was the fan needed to be cleaned. Their price was fair and they told me toward the end what the cost would be. I would definitely recommend them and if I need another appliance fixed I would surely call Them refrigerator stopped"

"Washer did work again but showed same symptoms almost immediately . It got worse and worse and so we called for 30 day warranty. Turns out the warranty is for labor only not parts. We suspect a used part was used also."

"Very disappointed in the price charged. Every worker is worthy to get paid a fair price. Gabe's Electronics replaced a $30 water supply valve in my Whirlpool refrigerator. Technician was training a new employee. New employee forgot to bring the part. He had to return to the store to get the part while the technician sat in the truck waiting. They were at the job for about less than 45 minutes (including the wait for the forgotten part). They charged $120 labor plus $44 dollar trip fee. Looking up the distance, it costs $1 in gas from their store to my house. I understand a reasonable up-charge, but these fees are absurd. When contacting the owner, he described how they don't charge by the hour, they charge by the job and didn't charge for the training of the new employee. Really? My bill was $214 to install a $30 valve. That is not reasonable!!!!!! Not recommended!"

"Bobby came and immediately said we needed a new ice maker for the refrigerator. He installed a new one but we still couldn't get any ice after spending about $280 We called again and he came out and realized it WASN'T the ice maker but a water valve. We've been waiting for a water valve since March, the NEW ice make doesn't produce ice, and we're short $280. BAAAD BUSINESS."

"I would not use them for my flooring needs. They did not seem to care on how it was put down. They use the and cheapest sub for there work. They were told what to and do and how I wanted it done. They put holes in my walls from the work that was done. They disrespected my personal items and furniture."

"DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY ARE SCAMMERS....Eric, with MN Appliance Service, came out on June 19, Friday, said he'd be back the following week and never returned after taking almost $389. Could not get him on the phone for 3 weeks until we called the booking service we used to book him and when he did finally call, he was completely rude and tried to lie about what I was told originally. He said he had called and left a message to let us know the part was on backorder (which I ordered online with no problem) which was not true as I had the only voicemail he'd left (which was only left after I had called trying to track him down 3 weeks later) that only asked us to call him back....no message about anything on backorder. He also grossly overcharged us for the part which was $35 online and he charged us $107. It's been almost 4 months and still no refund (or attempt to repair) even though he said a refund would be sent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are completely unprofessional and are nothing but scammers. In the process of filing complaint in civil court."
