I only had a general idea where the septic tank was from the previous owner so it took a bit of detective work to finally find the tank. The original installation was unique and required a good deal of digging to get to it. Great service to find this tank. On time as scheduled. Thanks!

They arrived as scheduled on 04-01-2014; pumped the septic tank. We misplaced our receipt and needed a copy of it. They very courteously and promptly called to get our email address and sent it to us. Would definitely use again.

Absolutely outstanding service. Sandy is very knowledgeable, punctual, got right to work, and taught me about how the system works and is optimized. All of that, and $105 less than the competition! She's also offered a "riser" system at my request at half the price of even online services. This will preclude the expense and need to dig down 30" in future maintenance. Altogether, a great experience--bravo!!

Absolutely perfect. Jenny and Sandy are no-nonsense, honest businesswomen who know exactly what they are doing. Called Jenny, left message, and she got back to me within the hour. Asked for base price and she very clearly explained pumping and digging prices, which were on the low end of other providers. Sandy arrived as scheduled, performed service efficiently, and gave me tips on future maintenance and pumping schedule. I have finally found the septic service I want!

(Service date is approximate.) We had done research previous and had decided to use Sunshine Septic when the need arose. When we did call to have the septic tank cleaned out they were very polite and arranged to come out at a convenient time. The work was done thoroughly and professionally and there were no surprises. Given great tips on maintaining the system and a time line that made it evident that they are on the side of the customer and not just out to make a buck. Have recommended to several friends and will definitely use them again if needed.

Went very well. I called one evening about 7. She was there the next day at noon, did exactly what she said she would, and even taught me a bit about septic systems. I would definitely use them again.

Sandy arrived exactly on time. She was polite, friendly and knowledgeable but most of all professional. I was quickly glad that I had come to Angie's for advice because I knew I'd come to the right people. I wish that I had made sure to have a "property plan" available but Sandy used skill, experience and determination to sort out my property and my needs. I had to attend a meeting during the service period but it was no problem. I was in good hands. I had communicated with Jenny by phone and she was helpful and sharing with her knowledge and acumen. I was pleased in every regard and I would recommend Sunshine Septic Inc. immediately.

Sandy did an OUTSTANDING job pumping out our rather stubborn septic tank. I asked her many questions which she answered in a most knowledgeable and professional manner. I deeply appreciate her thoroughness and neatness in her work. I highly recommend Sunshine Septic and plan to use them again.

We have a submersible pump with a tank alert should it fail to pump, after noticing that the tank alert light was not on we look ed and found the pump was not working. We remembered contacting this company before to have our septic tank pumped and were so pleased with their service that we contacted them again. Just like the last time we've found there service to be top notched. They are punctual, informative and professional. I will call them again should I need assistance in the future.

I have had issues with my septic tank for approximately 18 months. I have had another service provider come out twice before, but yesterday I called Sunshine Septic. Jenny and Sandy arrived promptly when promised. They were professional and friendly. After they pumped the tank, they found a problem that had not been identified before - a crushed clay pipe between the tank and the field lines. Jenny recommended another provider who can fix that problem, and she reassured me that she has worked with him before and feels confident about recommending him to her customers. While Jenny and Sandy were here, I learned that they live in the same community I live in. I am glad they are nearby! I have a second septic tank that will require pumping in another year or so, and I will definitely call Sunshine Septic first. I honestly think they know what they are doing, and I think the price was fair - actually less than the first company charged.

We got a surprise when going to the basement - had an obvious septic tank backup but didn't know the cause. My husband ran a snake down and didn't find anything though neither of us had ever lived in a house on a septic tank so was ignorant about what to look for. We came to Angie's List and came down to 2 companies. Called Sunshine Septic yesterday - Sunday - and they were at the house Monday, very much appreciated. Sandy was going to be late so she called and did arrive at the adjusted time. She also told us about the proper, cheaper way to keep the tank healthy. We also discussed how often the tank should be pumped in our situation. When we moved in we were told we'd never have to pump it, just keep the chemicals going and we're good. Obviously not the case, one lives and learns. Now we'll have it pumped again in 5 years

Called Sunshine for a routine septic pumping. I expected to make an appointment for the following week since it was a Friday. To my surprise I was informed someone would be out within about 30 mins. I wasn't able to stay so I left payment with the person who was sent out and left for the day. I returned and the septic had been pumped and ground covered back up. The following day on Saturday the same technician came back out to let me know I should start treating my tank with root kill because of the abundance of roots she spotted when when she was cleaning out the tank. This was a great experience for me and I will be sure to use Sunshine again!

The lady that did the inspection for us was very imformative on care and maintenance of septic systems. We have never had one before and had no knowledge of how they work or how to maintain. She took time and explained in detail what she was looking for and what chemicals to use and how to even save money monthly on treatments. She also added commercial strenght chemicals since the house we are buying was empty for two years so it would be move in ready. The system did not need to be emptied so that was great that they didn't try to sell us that when we didn't need it. Not knowing about septic systems it would of been easy for them to try and get us to get that service and pay for it but they were honest and only charged us for what we really needed.

They happened to be in the area the morning I called and were here within an hour. Quick and efficient and personable.

Professional, communicated well. They found no problem with our system, their was a rain water flow issue not the septic system. Even gave us hints to keep our system working well. I'd use them again if I needed help!

I have never lived where there was a septic tank so new nothing about them. Jenny Moore came out and checked it out, put a new cover on it so it was easy to find. She also explained how it works & how to care for it and products to put in it. She was very helpful to me.

A woman owns this company and she is very good. She delivers some special stuff for my drains and it is a fairly new company. I ve recommended her numerous times. She is friendly and polite and has very good workers.
