Terrible. no ice and no one to talk to.

The wife and I stopped by Quinn's on Saturday (2/5) without an appointment, and around noon. Since no one was in the showroom when we entered, I'm guessing we interrupted lunch for anyone working. It was only about a minute or so before a salesman (John Bill/Beal I think was the name) came out to greet/help us. I informed him that it was suggested to me by a builder friend that we speak with Andrew Rhodes, but we were informed that he would be out for a few weeks, so we began discussing with John what our needs were for our under construction home. We've had two much time to research brands during the delay in construction, and I tend to get confused on some of the options and changes in new models of some of the ranges and ovens, so I started making statements about some of Wolf's Ranges and Ovens expecting John to correct/elaborate on anything I said that was wrong or incomplete. But instead John made a very condescending comment about I couldn't teach him anything about these appliances because he'd been doing this for over twenty years. Of course this caught me off guard and I said, QUOTE "You don't have to be an A$$" and turned to my wife and said lets go......In a split second, John headed toward the back of the showroom, and we left the store. That's the facts, and now my reasoning for a 1 star review. The type of appliances Quinn's sale are high end and expensive. We've already received quotes from Ferguson's and Friedman's for 50+ thousand dollars of appliances, and when you're spending that kind of money you explore all options. Maybe John was having a bad day, maybe he didn't want to waste his time since I originally was looking for another salesman,, but it really doesn't matter to me, because if you consider yourself a upscale appliance store like Quinn does, then customer service is only as good as your weakest link, and from my experience during this visit, I'm guessing that any calls/delivery/installation questions or concerns will be handled in the same 'don't bother us' type of attitude we received during this visit, and that's not what I expect when spending that type of money. Sorry if you feel different.

These people are GREAT! They have such knowledge of the different appliances....depending on how YOU use them.....then direct you to the right appliance for you! Even after the sale they have been so helpful in answering any question you might have after installation. We saved more money buying our appliances through Quinn Appliance than prices we were quoted at the "big box stores".

Lance the salesman, was excellent. He did all the research for us. He helped us select all of the appliances that would meet our needs. They would come and go as the appliances would arrive, it was a total of a four installation in total. He showed up when he said he would. The installers were courteous.The owner, John, is also excellent to work with.The sales guy was able to put together a high end appliance package at a very reasonable price.

Fantastic service. They stand by their appliances. All of the sales people are friendly and very responsive. Can't talk enough about their service!
