Terrible. Materials not ordered as needed. First installer was inexperienced and did not supervise the job. Crew showed up about once a week and applied siding incorrectly. Left a terrible mess with trash all over each time they came. My husband, who has been a contractor complained multiple times to the store, installer, salesman and installation department. We could not get return calls from anyone promptly including the store manager. I had to make multiple calls to corporate, posted on the Facebook page, and on Twitter, until I finally got a district manager to provide me with his contact number. We finally refused to have that installer back. We did finally get an excellent installer Mark Depue who knew what he was doing. All the previously installed siding had to be removed because it had been done incorrectly and new materials ordered. We did have to wait several weeks for the new installer as he was booked up. Overall it took over six months for all of this? I did get a small adjustment in price from Lowes but I feel it should have been larger. Will not use them again or even shop there. Very bad experience!!

Roof: Color did not match with roof on house gray and sunroom slate. Left materials on the lawn for 4 weeks before they put the roof on. The work on the roof was fine and completed in one day. Cleaned up after job.

The ordering was easy, and the counter tops were fitted a day early, but they couldn't arrange to have the faucets to be fitted until at least 3 days later. Frankly Lowes couldn't organize a p*** up in brewery. As the organizer of the service they should have been much more on the ball. In future I will use Home Depot even though I have a Lowes credit card with 5% discount. Shocking service. They deserve to go out of business.

I just completes a significant deck and remodel project on my home in Maryville, TN. A contractor built a 32'x12' deck, and opened a hole in my exterior wall for the door install. I bought a Lowe's Reliabilt door (made by jel-wyn) and had lowes do the install. The door is excellent quality for the price (6' wide, low-e glass, internal blinds, fiberglass shell and Auralast frame and brick mold). It arrived very quickly. I had lowes do the install because of they warranty. The first installer was, in fact, a disappointment. He claimed he couldn't get to it for about three weeks. I phoned the Lowes install coordinator, explained that I needed the door in the next week to complete the project, and he worked his magic. Mi got a call the same day from a different installer who came out and measured immediately, then did the install early the next week, all on time and as promised. I think very highly of this lowes store.

They delivered flooring materials on time. They do not honor Lowes military discount at this store! All other Lowes I have used in NY, FL and TN gave me the discount.

Installation went well, although the first day I wasnt totaly satisfied with the work. I talked with the installer's manager and he relayed the info related to my concerns to the installer. The next day the installers corrected the backsplash problems and I was satisfied with the work.

My experience to them went well and I had no problem, their price is very reasonable. I looked around in some other hardware stores for the garage door that I've wanted and I think Lowe's was a little bit better.

The prices were reasonable. They did what they said they would and were prompt.

The lights installed just as instructed and work very well as low voltage lights are supposed to.

LOWES were fine. I went and picked up the door and they installed it. They are a professional organisation, they came on time, cleaned up their mess and they are easy to deal with.

They were on time, polite, and professional. They did really well.

Sales and installtion process great. Lighting beautiful.

It is on back order because it was on sale for about three weeks, but the salesman was very helpful. They are going to deliver it when it is in stock. It was almost half price with the sale and I was pleased with the features that it has when I saw it in the store.

In store perspectives fine. Wasted time in going through the process. But time wasted with other window people as well. Always some detail left out that affects the look of the window.

Poorly. Doors were late, and accessories missing from boxes. Customer service blew me off, had to salvage parts from old doors. Won't use them again for anything like that.

We were going from a steel door that really did not have a lot of character to it to a much nicer fiberglass door that was architecturally better matched to this house. We wanted to dress the house up, but also clinically we wanted a door that was really a higher quality door. They were very responsive in terms of getting someone out to look at the house. It took a couple of days for someone to come out and do that. They had to take measurements for the door and all that. They set up an appointment about 2 or 3 weeks later. We received the door on time, and a couple of days later they came out and did the actual installation. They removed the old door and one sidelight - our door has only one sidelight - and installed the new door and sidelight. It took them about half a day to do that. All of the work was handled very well.

They did a really good job along with the venders. They did a good job in cleaning. They were nice and polite and quick. They came exactly when they said they will. Fe w years ago they did the roofing for me and they did a good job on that as well.

The people at the store were extremely helpful to me when I was picking out our doors and made sure I got the best doors for the purpose. I shopped around for prices and Lowes had the best deal. The man who installed them did a good job and didn t leave a speck of sawdust when the job was done. I even let his manager know how happy I was with the job the installer did.

They spent a lot of hard work on my windows. They had to custom made them all. I knew they were really dedicated to the work on our home. They came on time and were polite.

It took quite a long time for Lowes to install these blinds as they took their time in getting them done right. They really look good. They were very tidy and respectful in my home. The blinds were well worth the wait. There are more beautiful than I imagined them to be.

The company that came out to work on my refrigerator's icemaker was here at the time they said they would. It didn't take them too long to replace it and I haven't had any problems with it. They had a good service and I still had a warranty on it.

Lowes were here within a day or two of my service call. I felt that was a pretty quick response. The repairman figured out what the problem was right away. He even explained what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. What ever it was he fixed it. All the work was done under warranty.

They gave me an estimate and nailed it right on the money. They didn t have to tear anything up so that was nice. What they did was installed these countertops right over the old ones and they did a good job doing that. They got everything done in about 4 hours, so there wasn t any big inconvenience.

The carpet was high quality and the installers did a good quality job installing it. They put down plenty of padding and lined the carpet up right. We've had no problems with the carpet running or bubbling. They did the job done in just two to three hours.
