he was good, we like them, he knew what he was doing.

This was hard to rate because I had a difficult time getting Mark to keep appointment. The first one he didnâ t show and didnâ t call eventually he said he was sick. Said he would be out the next week on Tuesday but didnâ t actually get there until Friday again after I reached out to him. BUT once he did show up the service was outstanding. I know things can happen I just expect a call.

Mark was prompt in responding to my request. He was exactly what I needed for this project. He was courteous & professional throughout. We ended up spending a bit more than we were expecting for the awning fabric, but it looks great and the quality is so much better than our previous awning. Mark installed the awning in an hour--remarkable. He also cleaned and re-conditioned all the mechanicals! Altogether, a great job. Thanks Mark!

The men did a good, quick job and they were very polite.

I live in a condo, so my situation require going through the Home Owner Association first. Awnings Direct was very patient and went out of their way to not only accommodate me, but the wishes of the Home Owners Association Board members. My awning is lovely to have over my deck since I get full sun blaring down all day Now I can just sit back and relax under the cool shade that the awning provides. Regarding their work ethics, they were fast and efficient. I highly recommend their company.
