It went very, very well. _BK Plumbing came at about 9:10 AM & Brian Sandy was an excellent plumber / business man. _ Different forms of payment are accepted (including cash)._The drains took some effort as the new sink center-lines were different & he did a remarkable job hooking them in & cleaning up the plumbing. ____(RYAN Homes originally ensured the installation of the plumbing under the kitchen sink & I was told by my other specialty vendor it was "in the TOP 5 worst RYAN installs" he had ever seen.__ ___Thanks for nothing Ryan HOMES (no shut offs)._______________Fortunately as an engineer I knew what needed to happen & designed a better system which BK Plumbing's Brian did a great job updating the system!__It was done in about 2.5 hrs. and was less cost than originally anticipated.__BK Plumbing was recommended by my granite co. EBN; _ I was pretty sure they'd do a good job as relationships possibly @ stake.__ Main co. listing is out of Alcoa , TN but they have crews in Greater Cincy, Northern Ky. area. I would use them again in a heart beat! __Possible cash discount.

BK Plumbing was great. Very professional. Our appointment time was supposed to be between 2pm and 4pm. He was actually able to come early and he got to my house at 10:30am. The drain to the kitchen sink was completely clogged. My house was built in 1959 so getting to any of the plumbing is definitely not an easy task. He had to cut out the section of galvanized pipe that was clogged and replace it with new PVC. He then cleaned out the rest of the existing pipe and made sure everything was flowing as it should. If you are in need of a plumber I absolutely recommend BK Plumbing. I'm very pleased with their service.

BK Plumbing serviced a leak we had coming from our commode. They were very accommodating, prompt and professional. It turned out that we had more than 1 thing causing the issue and they returned and worked on it (without any additional charge) until the problem was completely taken care of and we were fully satisfied. I would not hesitate to refer any family or friend to this company. They are top-notch. A+.

Brian was incredibly quick to respond to an email request and had someone out to provide an estimate the next day. They showed up exactly when they said they would. The work was done quickly and the technicians were professional and polite. BK Plumbing did the job for about half the cost of one of the bigger plumbers in the area. They'll be my go-to plumber going forward.

They did what I asked efficiently with friendly demeanor and were careful not to track dirt throughout the house. .

I called on Monday to have a plumber take a look at two leaking fixtures at a rental property. They couldn't get out until noon on Tuesday, but I told them that would be fine. Apparently, they spent 15 minutes and told my tenant their boss needed to talk to me about the costs. I never received a call. I left a message on the company's voice mail that night for the owner. It's four days later now, and I never heard from him?the epitome of unprofessional.

The technician arrived on time and completed the work in less than an hour.

It well very well. There was one problem with the water heater within the first couple days, but when I called them they were able to troubleshoot on the phone and we fixed the problem. These plumbers are very responsible and responsive. Many times if there are issues they will talk it over and help me fix plumbing problems on the phone.

This plumber responds the day I call and provides an estimate for the work to be done. He comes on time or calls ahead to let me know that he may be a little late. However, he has not been very much off the appointment time. He is courteous and professional and prices are much below other estimates I have gotten.

I was given a referral for them from another contractor. I called for an estimate. Brian came and gave us an estimate to move our shower plumbing to another wall and relocate our drain for another type of shower that my husband and I were planning to install. His price also included setting the shower base and installing the diverter valve. He was to supply the showerhead, valve, etc but we were to supply the shower. He gave us a very good estimate and we set a date for the work to be done(approx. 2 1/2 weeks out). The day of the install, Brian called and said they would be late as they had an emergency. Approx 2 hours later, he stated we would have to wait til Monday(this was on Friday) as the emergency was pretty intense. He apoligized for the delay. On Monday, Dave and a helper showed up a few minutes early and got straight to work. My husband and I had previously gutted the bathroom to ready it for the remodel. They moved the pipes, drain, etc, and even put up 2 sides of the shower for us. They probably would have even put up the third side, but my husband and I were waiting to build the wall. All in all, they did more than what was required and cleaned up after themselves. Later when my husband and I went to install the other shower side and put up the showerhead, I realized that there had been a miscommuniction on the type of showerhead that I had wanted. I called them up and they were very nice and asked for the model and type that I had wanted. The next day David delivered the one that I had wanted and took the old one. He said that the cost difference was negligible, so do not worry about it.

Work went very well. Estimate was reasonable. Dave from the company was great consulting us with our needs, very honest and did not mess around trying to sell what we did not need. We were not an emergency situation so took a bit of time to get into their calendar, but I got the impression that they prioritize there work responding to emergencies, which I think is a good practice in this area of business. On the day of the work they were thorough, speedy, and did not leave a mess behind. We have been enjoying the new toilets and fixtures for about a month now with no problems.

I was extrememly impressed. They are amazing. I would highly recommend them and I'd use them again. There was a small issue that they had to come back out to fix and didn't charge us.

The water line that Brian put in for the refrigerator went extremely well. He does excellent work. I spent more than $500 three different times I have had him here. I had him do a bathroom faucet. It was a pipe that had leaked and it was rusty. It was very hard to get off. His estimate for the installation was about $200, but it could have been even less. I had got an estimate from another plumbing company for $500, which was ridiculous. Brian is reasonable and cordial. I trust him in my house. He is extremely busy as well, but I will keep using him.
