 + -1 moreAllen Carter and John Morgan are a great team of honest, professional, courteous, knowledgeable automotive technicians. They keep track of your service needs and let you know ahead of time what regular service your vehicle will need for good maintenance. They are highly recommended, however I hope they don't get too busy for my return visits!
Description of Work: I was having problems with my ABS (anti-lock braking system) on my 2000 Nissan Pathfinder, nearly having 3 accident on a single rainy day. My ABS light came on on my dash. I called Allen to make an appointment. After checking the sensor, it was determined it was defective. A new one would cost $342 plus $40 labor. I told them to order the part and was assured that my regular brakes would be fine. When I went to my appointment for the sensor, another problem arose. The new sensor did not affect the dash light. After John spent over 3 hours, which included removing the console and tracing wires, it was concluded the wire to the sensor was severed. John ran a new wire, the dash light went off, ABS worked all was fine. I was only charged $110 after over 4 hours of their time.
