He?s always very polite and entertains all my crazy questions with patience. He builds a beautiful house. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to find a builder that will continue to help you even after the one-year warrantee has expired.

+ -1 moreIt is still not done. With the rain we had this summer we kept calling with no answer. Finally a month late they showed up with no word. We are still finding pieces of our old roof in the bushes along with nails and screws that they didn't bother to clean up. I purchased a new railing as agreed. It is 4 months and it has still not been put up. There is no contact from the builder, the last we heard they were bogged down with another and quot;largerand quot; job.
Description of Work: The contract was for a replacement of a leaky flat roof and railings that we would purchase. We were given a time frame of 3 weeks out. I was to be a 1-2 job. Pay in full or payments available.

Description of Work: Repaired front sidewalk to front door. The side walk had fallen and settled about one foot from the step up to the front door. They broke up and removed the portion that settled and then they formed, poured and re-enforced the new sidewalk so it will not fall again. They showed up ahead of schedule (Called and asked if they could start earlier than agreed upon and we were all for it.) and completed their work in a very timely and professional manner.
