RUSS HARPER SEWER & DRAIN CLNG

Description of Work: Contacted Russ Harper on Nov 25, early AM asking him to clean out washer standpipe and basement drain. He said he'd try to get to our job, that day. He called my husband about 3:30 pm and said he wasn't going to be able to fit our job into his schedule. He'd contact us "next week". The following week came and went....no contact. I called and had to leave a message, on his answering machine, Dec 5, asking him to call me so we could try and get this done. No response. I called Dec 7, again having to leave a message on his answering machine, stating I would be home most of the day but I could be reached on my cell phone. Since all my errands were local, I could be home in a matter of 10 minutes, if he could do the job. I did not receive any phone calls either at home or on my cell phone. I tried calling again this morning. Again reached answering machine. I'm calling another plumber to see if they can do this job. Courtesy would indicate that a return phone call to let the customer know he's still on the list or if you're having some life interference issues that prevent you from doing the work in a timely fashion.
