Weller Brothers

We called them to get our trees trimmed in accordance with city limits, and told them we had a deadline. They said that would be fine, but then showed up a month later after the city took care of everything themselves. They're still trying to charge us for the service even though they never did the job.

1.. The rock bed was the only thing that went according to the plans and was done quickly and as expected. 2.. They did not remove all stumps and debris.. I had to remove the last of it myself. 3. 2 Holes that were going to be filled. Were not filled.. They dropped grass seed in the holes and left. I filled the holes myself. 4. They laid seed down and put a mesh cover over it. EXCEPT in places they didn't have enough cover so left it wide open with the seed laying bare on open ground. The ground was not smooth over and dirt filled in to the holes to make it smooth. I am going to be bumping along with the lawnmower until I have an opportunity and money to do the job correclty. 5. They dug up the sides of the driveway but since they did such a poor job on the rest of work I went behind them to be sure that done to my expectations also... The they had a crew here of over 5 men. The job done reminded me of something kids did in a hurry so they could get out and go do something else. Unprofessional, pooly managed, poor workmanship expensive pricing. Apparently Weller Brothers is too big and too busy for small jobs such as ours. It may work out if you have the time to manage their crew for them and follow them around to be sure it get done to your expectations. If you want it done correctly without having to be personally involved - I would get someone else. Extremely dissatisfied with the price, lack of communications, salesmanship of saying we will do that than not doing it, poor quality work.. Not good all the way around.
