heir realtor Jim Endres is extremely unprofessional. After purchasing with our realtor and not him he came over to my house an harrassed my wife and I about how it's wrong we didn't buy the house from him and threatened to sue us. ON top of that, Jim called and harrassed my wife and I yet once again including our realtor Dave Fuchs. According to the national board of realtors code of ethics he was in violation of articles 4, 5, and 8.. See the code at http://www.realtor.org/realtororg.nsf/files/r_coe-pledge-of-performance.pdf/$file/r_coe-pledge-of-performance.pdf. ANother thing, Haugan-Nelson realty broke all rights by cashing the earnest money check before both parties had reached agreements on the contract at a specified price. We have tried to resolve the issue with no luck whatsoever. My best advice, stay away from Haugan-Nelson realty since they will not do anything about an employee who is destroying their name. I know if it were my employee I would terminate him for that behavior.
