Description of Work: They showed up on time, serviced my furnace, signed me up for a maintenance contract, answered all my questions and left. I then realized I had a second furnace (new home) and called them back. She advised I don't put that one on the service plan right away in order to save me money. So I set up a standalone appointment for that one. The guy showed up on time, serviced the furnace, answered all my questions, including candidly telling me he wouldn't service this one every year. They will be back in the spring to service the furnace and get the air conditioner up and running for me. Terrific service. I've always done this stuff myself, but this house is big and so is the furnace. It's nice to have a professional look over things twice a year. With the service plan, they also guarantee 24 hour service if something goes wrong.

 + -1 moreWent very well, just as they had planned--spent time explaining new equipment and thermostat operation--Are always available to answer questions or provide any service needed.
Description of Work: Installed new furnace and air conditioner, hooked units up to newly installed natural gas lines (formerly had propane). Also converted fireplace to gas from propane. Excellent installation and attention to details. All units delivered and installed as per quote in a timely manner.

 + -1 moreI like that they are very responsive. But do not like that they had to make 7 separate repair trips, in which they left a wire unplugged, and resulted in us not having heat during the winter. With our experience, we will not be using them again in the future.
Description of Work: I had a maintenance contract with Kalins Indoor Comfort for our heating and air conditioning unit.
