We are currently renting a property from this company. We have been renting it for the last 2 years and have had many problems with their management. The house was not cleaned before we moved in and the plumbing had an issue ( broken pipe in the basement) . After the plumbing had been fixed we were problem free for about 10 months then during winter our furnace quit working and it took them three days to get someone out to fix it. Then they said we were not paying our rent , which was a fault on their part because of poor book keeping. Then we had another plumbing break and water was coming through the ceiling (two story house) . I called them right away and didn't see a plumber for 4 days. After that they said we were way behind on rent again , which we were but not to the extent that they said. They were off by $800 , another case of poor book keeping. After tense discussions with the owner we worked it out.The fridgerator that came with the place had broken down about 2 months ago and we tried to let them know it was not working and got no response ( called and wrote a note with rental payment) . After two weeks we bought a new fridge on our own. My wife went to make the next months rent payment and got chewed out because we replaced the fridge on our own . They said we had to clear stuff like that with them first. Since then we are always on guard with this company and that once again we are behind on rent. I have to say these are the worst folks that I have ever delt with and the way they do business is very , very , stressfull !!
