+ -1 moreI purchased a dryer from Kyle (owner) and immediately had issues w/ the dryer. It was a Fisher Paykel. I called Kyle and he stated he was on his way to Colorado and would call a week later. Never heard anything. Several voicemails left also spoke with an employee named Carl in Brookings who could not even give me a number to reach the Sioux Falls store. My father than called as a potential buyer asking how soon he could fulfill the warranty if any issues, and Kyle went on to say within a couple of days. We are nearly past our 6 months and have given up with him. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND FULL OF CROOKS DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SO-CALLED 'BUSINESS'
Description of Work: I purchased a "refurbished" Fisher-Paykel dryer from the business. The owner brought the dryer into the needed room and discarded the previous machine as well.
