+ -1 moreArbor Care was fantastic to do business with. I got the quote on a Monday and the job was completed on the following Wednesday. Everyone I dealt was was very nice. The two men who did the job worked well together and got the job done in short order. They cleaned up every bit of debris. I have no complaints and would hire them in a heart beat for any future issues. Excellence service.
Description of Work: Removed a very large spruce tree with stump, cleanup and backfill. Cut down smaller white pine. Cut back very large lilac shrubs, large dogwood and 2 spireas to allow re growth. Cleaned up hosta beds. Removed volunteer trees and weeds along side of garage.

+ -1 moreIt's still going,,,,arghhh. I wrongfully thought that if I switched my lawn care service that it would elevate me in some magical way to the higher portion of there list. It did not 😞. I will be canceling all future business with them. Working in service industry as long as I have and managed operations far more massive than this operation, I am beside myself that they have such an inability to mange volume even to a window of a few weeks. Don't get me wrong, when they do what they're paid to do they are GREAT. The problem is in their OFFICE and MANAGEMENT staff. If you have the time and you're not going anywhere for several months this is the place. If you live a normal life and have things to do then I would pass as they are not worth the frustration.
Description of Work: We had them come out and estimate cost of removing stray branches. After a repeat call an "arborist" came out and gave us an estimate. Higher than everyone else by a couple hundred dollars but since I heard from one other party I decided to go with them. When they finally came back after three months and yet a third call they sent a large crew and did an excellent job and clean up. I was impressed. Early 2013 we had a massive ice storm hit in February that affected the entire region. Called them in February to come out and trim up damaged parts. Here it is the end of July and still haven't heard. Called them the other day and was told still on list and couldn't tell me when they would be showing up due to summer volume.
