Would suggest getting a firm price for the job before it starts, schedule it for early in the day and send pictures to ensure he has everything he needs on the first visit and doesnâ t have to schedule a second stop.

Poor experience. I did hire but project was not completed. Missed 1 appointment time and had to reschedule. Set 2nd time that same day. 10 minutes after he was to be there sent a text saying he was on his way be there in 20 minutes. Did arrive in 20 minutes but sat in front of my house eating lunch he picked up. Then did not have correct bracket to do the job. Said he could go get it and come back. Since I had already left work twice I declined to wait. Later he sent me a text telling me that it was my fault that he did not bring the correct bracket. Sorry I am not the pro at this. I gave information I thought was important. I feel a true pro would have asked the right questions. After posting this I received a text from the install person saying I was telling lies. Then after he insulted me I tried to call. This coward did not answer his phone. I have blocked his number. Is this professional behavior? What a joke of a company.

He did an excellent job of correcting other people's mistakes! He was thorough and meticulous. The system now works as it was designed to do - for the first time!
