Rockingtree Floral and Garden Center

This is the second time in a year that I asked for information and never heard back from them despite leaving my name, phone number and email address. Last year I requested a quote on a bunch of 6-ft Spruce trees, probably a $15 - 20K project. I left them a map of my property, my name, phone, and email address. They never contacted me. A few weeks ago I stopped in and spoke with the lady at the front desk who was extremely nice but couldn't answer my question about whether they could get the shrubs I want. She said they would research it and call me. I called the next day and was told it "will take a few days." I still haven't heard from them. I bathe, I'm friendly enough and civil - beats me why they don't want my business.

I purchased a 20' maple tree from Rocking Tree. Three weeks later they came and planted it. Friendly personnel but I had to call them a couple of times to get them out to plant it.

I know the owner and the people that work there and I've been using them for 10 years. I like the staff, they are very friendly and they are very knowledgeable. They are very helpful. They are the only place in town where I can get the stuff I need. I would continue to use them again in the future.
